They do NOT do acrylic. Disappointed to see that other customers have left reviews like this long before I walked in and the owner has done nothing to improve. There is space between my nail and the extension, making it a perfect breeding ground for bacteria. When I asked her to remove them she tried to tell me I wasn’t ready for “movie star nails”. Please save yourself and go elsewhere.

Cash only and there's an atm on site. Things that I noticed. nothing comes out of a brand new pouch. Nothing is sanitized or cleaned before use. The woman was pulling equipment out of her pockets to use on my fingers. Overall felt like they could practice being cleaner with the equipment. Maybe not store stuff in your clothes. I felt unsatisfied

Had a terrible experience here. The filing to get my existing shellac polish off was borderline painful, and when they moved on to shaping my nails after the removal, I noticed chunks of polish near the edges of my nails still there. While filing, my aesthetician couldn’t create an almond shape even after I showed her a photo, at which point I decided to say I was going to go. I got up and said so to the manager, who responded extremely rudely, raising her voice and saying it was $10, nothing was free. I paid and left, with my nails looking like hell. Won’t be back.

My nail tech for my pedicure was so nice and did a great job. I will be back, great location and great service! I had a spa appointment and messed up 3 toes and they corrected it for me. Thanks again ladies!!

Easy calm background music. Quick service. The lady made an effort to make sure I had full coverage coats, she found brighter color than 055 to get this look. Salon needs to be cleaned for sure but I was able to walk in last minute and get it done.

Wow, so disappointing. I chose Oui because of all the positive reviews, however my experience was quite different.

The nail tech spent 1.5 hours on my gel manicure. Nail shapes were all inconsistent and polish was left on my skin + edges were messy. He originally started using the DND brand (which I’ve since looked up + see it’s a cheap nail brand)—which wasn’t rich enough so he switched to OPI.

I was then rushed through the rest of my appointment, which left me with a sloppy finished manicure. I didn’t bother fighting it because I had already spent enough time there and just wanted to GTFO. Bummed, because I thought this place was supposed to be good! :/

Ugh my manicure is already ruined. They didn’t put me under a fan or anything and I sat there for a while but clearly not long enough. It’s over an hour later and my thumb is ruined from simply walking home and light regular activity. I did a pedicure and manicure and the nail polish was clumpy and they redid two fingers, but it took forever and feel like I could have done the manicure myself at home. There’s also a piece of black lint on another nail oy vey. Not worth the time/money

Really wanted to like this place but it’s pricey and the quality isn’t worth it.

Came in for a full set which was $65. I was surprised at the fact that the Lady didn’t even bother to trim my natural nails or ask if I wanted them trimmed. After putting the fake ones on she only gave me two coats of paint before adding top coat and calling it good. She then proceeded to file only one of my hands which frustrated me because the nails she chose were already too small for my real nails. I’m giving it two stars because the woman was friendly and the facility was clean but overall I was disappointed and won’t be coming back.
