I’m writing to make other people aware of what my mom just experienced today 1/22/2023 . My mother went in to get acrylic nails and wanted a French Tip. She asked 3 times that she wanted French tip every time they finished applying something to her nails she kept asking for the French tip that she was noticing she wasn’t getting done. They asked her what color she wanted and she asked for a darker shade of pink assuming it was the pink acrylic on the natural nail, then when they were applying the gel she once again asked for the French after putting them under the UV light they told her she was done again she repeated i wanted French tip the owner Finally came out after she kept asking for someone else to come help with what was going on. The owner replied to my sister who came with my mom that my moms English wasn’t that good and that her worker didn’t understand her. My sister replied your worker doesn’t have good English and it isn’t my moms fault she wasn’t understanding. My mom left crying and broken harder because she works so much and doesn’t get the chance to get her nails done and is going on a trip and wanted her nails done she was charged $72 for pink clear acrylic and diamond stones because she no longer had time to stay their and get them re done.
So... I heard/read fairly promising reviews of this place. Figured I'd give it a shot. When I first arrived everything was fine. Everyone was pretty nice, atmosphere was friendly. The girl doing my pedi was very sweet. I honestly wish it was her the whole time, but once it picked up she was moved to other people. The new person doing my nails did a rushed job. She had me walk barefoot on their floor with wet nails. She injured my nails and fingers more than they have ever been injured during an appointment. My nails did not turn out the way I wanted either. They hurt quite a bit, & I'm honestly very disappointed my nails got rushed despite the fact I was there before the rush. The person doing my nails stopped in the middle of it to start someone else's as well. It seemed like a lot of musical chairs. I would recommend this place if you're a regular.. not a walk in.
I asked for a oval shaped acrylic my nails came out looking like a fat circle in each finger’ round not narrow at all super bulky lol she also kept rushing me to pick a color I should have left than & there lol
Workers are nice. Got my daughter (4yo) a pedicure and she loved it. Got her message and they asked me what to do and not to do. I got powder coffin nails and they came out great. Took there time and did a good job. Would recommend an appointment.
Have not been to a nail salon since covid started and this was the first place I wanted my mother in law and myself to try. Salon is pretty and clean. Our nails came out nice but the service felt very rushed and they could have spent more time cleaning nails with months of overgrown skin.
I had high hopes for this place... I selected the $60 pedicure and I was charged $75. The guy that did my pedicure had absolutely terrible English and I could tell that when I didn't understand him he made fun of me to the other employees. He also rushed my pedicure and didn't even do a good job.
I also had a manicure and it's uneven and less than a week later one of my nails seems to have a crack in it.
Me and 2 friends went in together and all got pedicures and manicures, I got acrylic nails while they got gel nails, their nails are all peeling already too.
I love my nails, but I feel like they were over priced. They charged me 60. I usually pay between 35-45 for a french tip. I don’t think I will be back.
I've been going here for a couple years. I love it. The people are kind and polite. I love how my nails look when they are done. They are good quality pretty and last for weeks. This is my favorite place to go.
