If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to get my nails done yesterday and not only did they cut my finger while doing my acrylic set, the gel on almost every single finger started peeling not even 5 minutes after leaving. I went back the next day to get them fixed and they were beyond rude. They were rough with my hands and made it very clear they were upset they had to redo it. To make matters worse the gel polish on the “fixed” nails have all also started peeling. If you want even a decent job DO NOT go here, I will never give them business again. (Below I have attached pictures of the first job they did with my nails and the attempted “fix”)

Got my nails done here last Friday by Jenny. I showed her a picture that I wanted and she executed it!! I’m happy with how they turned out. ????

Horrible customer service. The lady Jenny did my nails. She asked me to show her the design I wanted. She agreed that she could do it. After looking at the first hand completed it was very sloppily done and rushed. I told her I didn't like it and she flat out told me she will no longer do designs for me because I didn't like it and it took her 30 min to do it. Then proceeded to tale everything off.. so here I am no polish no design just nails. I got my feet soaked and gel polish removed and they still expected me to pay $90. After being talked down to and only offered a $5 discount. You can bet they will never see me again. Especially because I had to pay another nail salon $85 to fix their mess.

I am a regular of Hong and she always gets the job done. She is very patient and talented. I get a pedicure and dip manicure with her every three weeks. Before I became a regular of hers I have gone to almost everyone in the shop. I recommend.

I paid $50 plus tax for a gel pedicure and Linda didn’t do a good job at all ! I had to go back the same day because my big toe nails was lumpy and polished on too thick and sloppy ! When I asked her to fix my toe nails she tried to pile it up with more polish then when I asked her to use the file machine to take it all off she only took off the top layer and ignored me ! I’m glad I didn’t tip and I will not be back… they charge too much and do a bad job ! Not worth it

I got a full set, I wanted to look great for my class reunion. They did it quickly and they did an ok job. After a week the nails started popping off. By the end of the week most of the nails had come off. I would not patronize thia business again.

I came to get a fill-in on Saturday, December 17, 2022 and was told that I had to wait but a customer that came in after me needed to have a nail fixed and got serviced. Totally not cool customer service.

I got a full set and pedicure by Jenny. Not only did she rush but I got TOE NAIL FUNGUS!!!!! I never had this issue until I tried this place out. They are UNSANITARY and do not clean their tools properly!!!!!! Just nasty people!!!
