Heard about "Bob the Barber" from a one legged blind guy in a back alley in the French Quarter in New Orleans when I was shopping for a voodoo doll that looked like my ex wife for "sentimental" purposes. The man said Bob has the best fade he's ever seen north of the Mason Dixon. So I low crawled up here and he wasn't lyin, the man can cut hair. Been there 42 years with no plans to retire until I go bald. Go check him out. His fade so clean my ol Sergeant Major's ghost showed up to give me the day off.
Been here several times now and happy every time. By far the best haircut I've ever had anywhere and certainly the best in Lake County. Even if it were more expensive it would be worth it, but the price is also great. Bob always does exactly what I ask him to do; doesn't hold back cutting it short like some of the chain places who I swear think ahead to a sooner return by not cutting it short enough the first time. As with the best barbers I've had in the past, he's also amazingly fast which is good considering he's so popular and thus there can be a wait at times, but the line goes fast. He'll chat with you if you want but he's always professional. Highly recommended.
What on earth did you guys do to my dads hair, it has never EVER looked like this before. This in unacceptable.
I have been going to Bob for over 20 years now. It is going to be a sad day for Lake County when he retires.. I highly highly recommend him to any man wanting a clean cut!
My first time as a customer on 10/28/2021 Bob cut my hair and lined my beard up at a very high professional level I was very happy and beyond pleased with his work I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends 100% without a doubt!!!

I have been getting my haircut here for well over 20 years. Bob does an excellent job. The atmosphere is awesome. Always a good conversation happening in the shop. It's pretty much the only time I drive into Painesville city.
