Really great atmosphere. Everyone is really friendly and nice. Bryan always does an amazing job on my hair, and Aubrey was nice enough to work me in last minute when Bryan was out sick and also did an amazing job. Really like them all a lot!
LOVE this place! I'll never go any where ever again for my hair! I bring my children and my grandson here also! Beth does an amazing job and is extremely fair with pricing! Honest and friendly staff! Great job everyone that's worked there is ???? !
This place is amazing! My hair was cut, colored, and treated by Bryan. Hes a super nice guy, he helped me with my choices, gave me suggestions, and walked me through the whole process of what he was doing. Beth was super sweet too, always complementing my hair and made me feel so pretty. I felt so bad about my hair and had no confidence when I walked in, but this place changed it all. I will be returning and I suggest this place to any and all people that need a good hair "pick me up" or a new place to try. Thank you Bryan, you are a master at your craft :)
They came back early from breakfast for my friend and I, helped with directions, super friendly and accepting environment, when asked what cut and style, we were given exactly what we asked for, they turned out amazing, our conversations were unmatched and we absolutely had an amazing time. This is our new spot! Love love love it!!!
I got such a great haircut here. It's hard to find a place that will give you a gender-affirming haircut, regardless of how you look to the stylist. On The Edge Salon helped me feel so welcome and so seen. It's weird to think this is one of the few LGBTQ+ friendly salons in Roanoke, but it's the best hair experience I've had here. Thank you so much for my sick fade!

Went in today and saw Aubrey. It was my first time going to this salon and it was amazing! All the ladies are incredibly nice and friendly and Aubrey did an amazing job on my hair! She did just what I asked for ❤️ Not to mention the salon itself was adorable and very inviting. I will be going back to see her and bring the rest of my family in for their cuts.
