LAME- I live in Klamath River, CA. Medford is closest to do our shopping. Drive an hour and 15min to get here, had trouble finding the place because it is BACK from the street a good 30yards. Arrived 13 minutes late just for another barber to tell me the person I scheduled with, “we’ll yeah you’re 15min late. She went out for a drink” said can reschedule for tomorrow. I can understand if y’all are booked up, but first time client why wouldn’t you allow 15mintues for the guy to show up? Or make some minimal effort to find out? Must not be tryna get money…. No phone call, no text. Very impersonal Scheduling app. Seems like all the barbers took this Covid silliness with the “no walk ins” “by appointment only” to heart. Absolutely right. My time IS valuable. So is yours. The only difference is, YOURE GETTING PAID. So if after 13 minutes you decide to give up and go for a drink, it really says something about quality of service, and your business etiquette . Not as if she was slammed booked with back to back appointments. Like I said, pretty LAME. I’m not petty by any means and an excellent tipper but some of y’all really think highly of yourselves if you’re already not doing anything and can’t wait a few extra minutes. Again, your getting paid. It’s a service. It’s why people generally tip. This is the absolute opposite of an “Old School” barber shop. Make you use an app to schedule and then have the Gall to give an opening statement like “our time is valuable so is yours”

Not sure what happened to this place. Used to be a great place for a haircut. Now when you make an appointment, they confirm your time. But when you show up... their closed. No call to reschedule or nothing. Would not recommend them at all.
So I walked in and it was a no go. They couldn't fit me in, but it was my own fault so nbd. Only come here with an appointment. I'll give these guys 5 stars just because they were friendly. ????

Each of the barbers is great and you honestly can’t go wrong. I’m biased, Jamie has been cutting my hair for a while now and she always does a great job. This place has a chill, relaxed vibe but they are serious about their craft. You won’t be disappointed.
One of the best barbers I've ever been to!! I go here evertime I'm in Medford and it's always a great experience! James does a very good job and the value and service all around is 5stars!! I'll keep going back
This is my second time getting my hair cut at Old School Barber. The first time Adam charged me 50 dollars to shave my head and trim my beard. When I got home looked like a blind person had cut my hair. I gave him a 10 dollar tip and didn’t complain. I thought I would try a second time witch was today. July 3. I had James do the same thing. Shave my head and trim my beard. He stated he was tired and didn’t even want to be there. He shaved my head and my beard in 12 min. Then charged me 35 dollars. I am beyond disappointed I would not recommend anyone going to old school barber. If they can’t shave a head what kind of hair cut can you do. Never again.
This barber shop is a gem in the rock! EXCELLENT BARBERS AND HAIRSTYLISTS!! PRICES are incredibly fair for the services provided that are always consistent and pleasing!!
