Lina is the best I could find in Lancaster! Always worth the wait if there is one!!! I love the salon is very family oriented and never make you feel rushed. She will custom any and all designs and colors and make it customized anyway you like!

Now I love dawn but I’m genuinely upset because I just got my nails done two days ago and just left again 5 mins ago because they were lifting . I called and explained to him (dawn) that it was because they were too wide over my nail bed and not because I had hit them , he insisted that I had hit them when I got there. Smh this was unprofessional & a very bad experience as I tipped him and paid well at my initial visit. This time, not only did I wait an hour for two nail repairs but he also charged me full price for them , and didn’t offer an apology or one single type of accommodation for me being inconvenienced. I did not appreciate this. It was obvious that this was not a user issue. My nails never break and This is the shortest I’ve had them since I clean in my job. They began to lift thd very next day after getting them done which is ridiculous. Ohana will never see me again. He lost a customer today . I attached a picture of what I just showed him in person proving that the nails are too wide for my nail beds. He genuinely did not care . The second middle nail is one I had repaired. The index finger nail is an example of what both middle finger nails looked like before they started to lift. I hate to give this type of review bc I genuinely like dawn and a few more of Ohanas crew as people and I’ve known him forever, but This is bad business. And bc of this experience alone I Definitely won’t be going back.

I love this place the people here are very awesome they do very good work on the nails very friendly and I would tell everyone to come here I have been to many other places before but I will tell you there's no place like here
