I had went to shop for the first time and I was very pleased and very appreciative of the guy name Ricky that took his time and made sure my nails weren't bulky. The second time I had a young lady do I and I was very displeased, she piled so much gel on they turned out lopsided uneven and she didn't take her time, I guess the owner was there and when I said something about how they look he told me to get out and was very rude to me. I've never been so hurt, and spoken to in that matter. If we're paying customers and getting a service we have every right to be displeased and complain, instead the owner told me to never comee back and I had to leave with my nails undone, very very disappointed...
The replies to the these reviews are hilarious!! I went two times and the younger gentleman was very friendly and helpful, he explained to me what the dip powder was and I thought it was pretty cool and went with it. I went back but he wasn't there and I couldn't remember his name to set up an appointment with him.
I started coming here over a year ago and has found this to be the best nail spa around. Ty is definitely one of the best. Ana and Bush are nice also. My favorite spa!!
Even though they take walk-ins, since it's only 2, sometimes 3 techs. I suggest making an appointment. But there is a great selection of nail colors, good quality service. Bush is awesome & my nails always look great.
Do not come here! I checked Google and different sites, and every site said a different opening time. I called at 8:01 and a man answered the phone. I asked, VERBATIM, “Hi, I’m just calling to check if you all are open now.” He responds, “yes we’re open.” I come to the shop at 8:18, and no one answers. I call again, and the man rudely tells me that they’re not open, and that “no nail shop opens at 8am.” I remind him that someone JUST told me they were open, and he says no, that I never specified what time and that they open at 10… misinformation is one thing, but to be rude too? Find somewhere else to go!
EDIT: As if the rudeness via phone isn’t enough, the review response shows this man clearly does not value customer service. There are 100 other nail salons in the nearby area that you can patronize.
I came in and asked for a powder full set. Once I found the color I wanted in powder, I asked the lady to match it to my pedicure. She kept trying to get me to switch to polish when I specifically asked for powder nails. Then she had the nerve to get an attitude when I said the colors clearly didn't match. DO NOT PATRONIZE! if I could give 0 stars I would!
EDITED TO INCLUDE RESPONSE TO OWNER: your staff had an attitude after about 5 mins. She kept sighing heavily shrugging her shoulders when I didn't agree to the two different colors. If you don't want to assist your paying customers you shouldn't be running a business! Try not being rude to the people that pay you. Your response shows your lack of professionalism. I see you have lots of negative reviews. I hope people are reading your rude responses. This is exactly how customers are treated here.
I advise you to make an appointment before you go, or you'll be waiting over 45 minutes, as they only had three (3) operators available, and I went on a Thursday.
They are very friendly and attentive!!!
I didn't get the name of the lady who provided my pedicure, but she was great, a little aggressive, but great...I would have given them 5 stars, but she slightly pierced my toe twice..
I plan to return...
Very nice people. I was able to see the lengths they went thru to keep things sanitary.
The reason I only gave 4 stars is that it felt rushed. My pedicure looks nice, but I don't have that pampered feeling you look for when you go for a pedicure.
Update...I took a star away because of the owner's reply to my review. I didn't pay $30 for someone to have a go at my feet with a pumice stone & paint my nails, I can do that myself for free. I go for a pedicure to relax & feel like I've treated myself to something. Don't worry, I won't be back.
