Some lady with a dusty bowl cut was watching me. Will not be coming back.
Pretty good place to shop for beauty supplies
My daughter and I visited this store today, and we were obviously being watched, by the I am assuming, the manger/owner of this establishment nearly the entire time we were in the store. Treating customer in this manner for no apparent reason is one of the reason many prefer to do online purchase than to be subjected to poor customer service.
Cashier was very helpful. She should become a consultant for other beauty supply stores in Albany, GA. USA Beauty Supply on West Broad really needs help from her!!! They use profanity around customers, hold personal conversations with co-workers (while ignoring patrons waiting to pay for purchases), store is unorganized and store owners don't care about customers. The store is also overwhelmingly crowded with stuff!!!

Love it alot of styles neat and well organized. People friendly everyone is helpful such much to choose from. The store in general is wonderful
