I went for a fill, and I tried to explain to the owner Nina the way I wanted my tip and she was very rude replying back to me don’t have a pic and I told her it’s the same way as you did it 2 weeks ago when I got a new set for $60 and she acted like she didn’t remember me I been going there for 4 years now. The owner said she was going to charge me five more dollars because I wanted my tip a certain way, which I told her that was fine so total of $55 for a full, she showed me the tip and I told her that I wanted it a little bit more thicker as she rolled her eyes and did it with an attitude. Nails were not smooth tips were not the same size. Very disappointed. I’ve been coming here and dealing with her rudeness for many years but I got fed up with it . She does not have no great customer service only was she really wants to. So I will take my business elsewhere. Good luck.
Nina did an amazing job! I got exactly what I asked for in 30 minutes!! The prices were also super fair! Will definitely make this my new salon, thanks Nina !
Donavan is the best, love his designs! Definitely recommend this nail salon! I have been coming to this shop for over 2 years now, never have I had an issue. I always leave loving my nails and feeling relaxed. The staff is super friendly and take care really good care of you. Definitely recommend.
Very nice finish with Ceramic Paint Protection. I was quoted by three different companies. Service Detail USA Of Hollywood did the Ceramic Paint Protection (lifetime warranty) for $1000 with the preparation, with inside protection together with outside windows and wheels protected at my place. Other companies had so many conditions, to bring it to them and pickup after 2 or 3 days, etc, etc but not even giving lifetime warranty plus every year pay for annually inspection price.
Such a great service. I got a spa pedicure. The reflexology service. It was really nice and I was so relaxed. A little rough on the massage but still felt good. The basic manicure I got was so good. I wish I would have taken a before and after. They looked so good and they were so dry. The man did a great job. I would definitely come back. Pedicure was $48 and manicure was $30. Cash or debit only. Or zelle
Awesome experience!! I absolutely Love My Nails!! I got a full set and a pedicure as well. They were both awesome. I would highly recommend anyone to go here you won't be disappointed!!!
5 star service. I flew into Ontario and had a few hours before I had to be somewhere. I found this spot on Google after looking around in the area. Fast and high quality service! Nina was fabulous. I enjoyed our conversation. I highly recommend this shop. I plan to return when I'm in the area. You should check them out ✨️
Cathy is amazing she takes her time and makes sure to do your nails perfect as if there her own from your pedicures to designs she is great everyone there was friendly definitely going back!
