Look like a kids polish my nails an when I show them they catch quick mood change such as if I’m complaining and and I was try resolve issue they act if they don’t understand. They need better customer service. And stop just being all for money give customer reason to come back it was my first an last time get any service from this place and plus when I walk in it smell like feet the whole time was in there waiting patiently for my toes to look like my child did it smh waste money n time
I found this shop by accident on my lunch break, and when I tell you I’m in love. I live on the east side and I would happily take the 30 minute trip for service like this. ???? I’ve been looking for a nail tech that can give me exactly what I wanted and this place didn’t disappoint. Two weeks in and they still look like they were installed today. Do you see that ombré? Lol. Flawless. The salon is clean and they make you feel welcome. You won’t be disappointed. Quality guaranteed. Period. This is exactly what you been looking for sis. ????
Additionally, the techs aren’t rude or mean as some of the previous comments stated, they just real! Af. Lol. I’m from NYC and I felt right at home. ???? Don’t let your sensitivity keep you from getting your nails slayed. Lol
Very disappointed after coming here for years. Linda has done my nails last few times, usually Amanda does them. Linda caught a nasty attitude with me this morning for reacting to her causing pain to my nails by pulling my hand back. After telling her I’m human & I’m allowed to feel pain, she goes on to say “Well I can stop & you can just wait on Amanda.” I told her NO, I have somewhere to be, I will let you finish. ….Do you know ten minutes into conversation she tells me Amanda wasn’t even coming IN today, as she is with her child for the day. ……….So Linda you basically were going to set me up to “Wait on” Amanda who was never going to show just because I reacted to YOU hurting my nails over & over. Shame on you. I’ve been coming here for 7+ YEARS but after today I am done. They never have enough staff to service you, you’re ALWAYS waiting if you’re not the first one there. The women even sit in front of the store front with chairs. Extremely disappointed and unprofessional LINDA. Lost my business. You cannot always have such a nasty attitude for no reason to the loyal customers that keep your business afloat. I am moving on to businesses that take appointment only. Otherwise you’ll be in here all day.
This place has changed management and I wish I would have known this after driving 30 min to find this out but I gave it a try. Major disappointment the worse job ever and I will never go back. Eight years in the beauty industry have i never seen bad acrylic nail work. It's one thing to show you your mistakes and you brush it off. Than I point out same mistake you never corrected and now your upset because you have to start over. I pay too much to let you feel as if you can do what you want and I should just sit and let you do it with my mouth shut. But I'm a lady I paid for my service and even left for what it was worth a $5 tip
They the worst mail shop lie about their prices and this fake 15 % off is a lie nail shop in greenbrier go better anyways

All employees have TERRIBLE attitudes especially the two sisters that work in the front!! They won’t do your nails right and when you ask them to fix them they get attitudes and talk smart. I was told I would fit right in in a less established nail salon bc I asked to get two nails fixed. Another THREW A NAIL FILE AT ME!! I will NEVER give them another dime of my hard earned money.
As a business owner if you are too tired to work it’s up to you to adjust your hours to better suit you and your customers. It’s not our fault you are in a rush or simply don’t feel like doing a service CORRECTLY. They constantly talk rude, make snuff comments and then gave poor service. I have two crooked nails (one on each hand). I travel a lot and run THREE businesses but now that someone didn’t feel like doing THEIR JOB right, I have to walk around looking like Edward scissor hands until I can step away from my duties to get a service done correctly.
Sad and unfortunate.
Treat your customers with respect and you will get it in return.
