They had a rubber band in my food and the manage did not even want to comp half of my meal.Although, I showed him what the correct amount of the discount (1/2 of my food) along with my teacher discount (10%) should be. They need a new and better manager. Instead he told me I was being unprofessional as a teacher. I didn't get loud with him nor cause a scene. I won't be eating there in Greenwood again.
Had to get other waitess to fill our drinks.
We had to call the restaurant to get our bill and take home trays. Then they have the Nerve to charge a flat 15% tip to all meals. Never go there again.
This restaurant is very loud, we waited 25 minutes for our drinks to be served (tea and coke) for four people. We ordered 2 appetizers that came at different times. Never got refills of drinks or chips. All of our meals came out at different times. One being well after the others had finished eating. Overall this wasn't a pleasant dinning experience.
The waiter was very patient with me. I ordered fajitas nachos (chicken) they had a ton of steak on them. The waitress went and ordered nothing but chicken to hand to me. The atmosphere was good, friendly and the staff was great. If your ever in Greenwood go by there.
service was horrible and the server was rude. she told me that she was to busy to make a dessert that my girls wanted for their birthday. we will not be back.
Very clean and brightly lit. Waitress was very nice and interactive and the food....no words to really describe how fabulous it was. I was accompanied by my better half so I ordered a dish I still can't pronounce lol for two and wow I was overwhelmed by the portion size. After we had our fill we still needed two carry out trays for the rest of it. No extra seasoning or anything needed to be added. It was perfect. First time visiting and will most definitely not be the last.
