I have been coming to Ninsi's for the past 6 years and I have never been disappointed. Whether I get extensions or my natural hair done, I am always satisfied with the results. I have seen her work miracles on ALL types of hair and clientele. She is a true professional and the only person I trust with my hair. I come to her on a regular basis and also for special events. I always make an appointment and Ninsi always finds a way to support my hectic schedule. If you're in the Hampton Roads area and are looking for a phenomenal hair stylist come here, you won't have any regrets!
I would not recommend this place to ANYONE in the Hampton Roads area just solely based off the way the owner treated me after spending around $2000 in her services (hair coloring, biweekly blowouts) this year alone. I came into this salon a week ago, I had a blonde balayage that I got done in May and requested to get a toner to neutralize the blonde in my hair. I came up from the washbowl with burgundy brown roots and I was HORRIFIED because I had not requested or asked for this at all. I immediately let the shampoo girl know and Ninsi already was snappy saying it was brown and not red even though I had never asked for either. Was this some sick joke? The shampoo girl told me to just see how it comes out after being blown out. And as I thought, I’ve got burgundy roots and a grown out blonde/black balayage. I got home and immediately told Ninsi via text I was unhappy with my hair color and it wasn’t what I requested. I mean I asked for a toner and somehow left the salon with a different hair color?! Not only that I began to get concerned with my hair state of fixing it right away or just letting it grow out (as anyone would be) and Ninsi acted as if now I was bothering her about hair care and the next steps that should be taken. She also said she would charge me for another blow out after I just paid her $200 for something I disliked and she should have felt inclined as a hairstylist to fix and make right with the client. I am disgusted with her disregard and how unprofessional she is after spending so much money with her. I will definitely be spreading the word about this salon.
At Ninsi's beauty salon I always get treated with kindness and respect. I am very satisfied with their services because they take great care of my hair.
No matter how unruly my hair is when I show up, they manage to restore my hair and make it manageable and silky smooth. They get my hair colored, keratin, and wash and set routinely. I always get the deep conditioner they recommend and my hair looks and feels healthy. Their results are lasting and very affordable.
I have tried all of the Dominican style hair salons in the area and will not trade Ninsi's beauty salon for any of them. The owner and the staff are very friendly and they strive to satisfy each customer needs. If you are looking for professional, long lasting results, look no further and try Ninsi's beauty salon. I recommend them.
If you have curly hair and go in for a silk press just don’t. I have got silk presses many times before but I came here to give this place a try and that was a big mistake. I’m not sure if they are using a texturizer in the deep conditioners or their products but my curls have never looked more damaged. There are literally curls now that are bone straight and it’s in one particular area of my hair. The stylist was very sweet but she went of the same hair multiple times with the flat iron. I would not recommend and I should have looked at the reviews because a lot of others have said the same thing happened with their curls.
I love this hair salon. They always make me feel welcomed and treat my hair with all the care in the world. I always request the stylist Jenn since the first day i went to ninsi’s beauty salon. Anything i ask for she gets it done and never disappoints. No one has treated my hair the way she does. My hair has never been healthier.
