I love going to Nikky Dominican she takes very good care of you I go once a yr to get my hair cut an highlighted ♥️♥️
I had a very good experience here. Myself and my daughter got our hair washed, blow-dried and curled. A little bit of a wait, but that's to be expected on a Saturday afternoon after Thanksgiving holiday. We were given snacks and drinks while we waited and Nikky have me a consultation for services in the future and an explanation of products she has available. I will be returning!
Bring your own shampoo and conditioner! & you still have to watch them bc they will sneak and use their conditioner with relaxer in it! & I also recommend only letting Nikky do your hair anyone else will just heat damage your hair without even getting it straight
Explained I wanted a wash and cut in layers only. The wash was great, however for the layers i was told another girl needed cut it and my hair would have to be blow dried. I expected the additional charge for the dry but the girl did not mention it. It ended being $55 for wash and dry only. Then my hair wasnt cut in layers, only the ends. To which I was charged a full haircut because I “have too much hair”… my hair is wavy thin and bra lenght. I went only for a wash and cut and ended up paying 78$ for unnecessary dry. Most likely wont come again.
Not enough available staff and the hours aren't as posted. Although, if you're able to get serviced Nikki is very nice and talented!

I went there and okay I got my hair done. I really loved my hair when it done but if you want to know about the experience sheesh here we go.
It started out okay until the tall mid 40 ish Puerto Rican woman signal me to come the hair wash area to get my hair wash…. When I say that she does not have any manners.. NO MANNERS at all! What type of person say” A! Come!” to a client that giving you their hard earned money??? So, I looked and I chose to disregard that but then she is washing my hair like she has a attitude by getting me sooo wet… I mean water everywhere. Ugh!!! She irked my very soul with her ignorance. When I got done asked her for a towel and she turned her back ????like omg unbelievable! So I asked the other girl for a towel n I told her how ignorant the woman was acting so the other got me a towel n had words with the woman, and the girl apologized. Some people are bad for business. I would like to go back any only because of the Puerto Rican girl that dried and flattened my hair but they are never open. I am willing to look pass that ignorant woman to get my hair done again by the other lady, but if I have another terrible hair wash experience or if that older lady do that ish again that would absolutely be my last time there. I will keep everyone updated on the next i visit this location.
