I wanted to love this place. Honestly. But I did not. I came with my mother on a Saturday afternoon. The salon was clean. We decided to get Gel Manicure and Pedicure. The pedicure was delightful. My nail technician Sophia was incredibly attentive and very professional. However , I despise when I sit down to enjoy a pedicure and then the nail tech comes over and starts doing my manicure. I think it’s a very disrespectful thing to do. At least ask me first. However my nails toes and hands are beautiful. So maybe 4 out of 5?
I've been coming here for over 10 years and not only is the shop clean and neat but they are very professional. They all are like a second family to me and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my nails. All the techs are Good but Lee and Nancy are my 2 favorites. No other shops compare‼️
A friend of mine recommended this shop to me because I’ve been going to other shops in the area for years and I’m hardly ever satisfied with their work. But this place was awesome! They were very nice & the place was CLEAN. I knew immediately when I walked in that I would love it. It was a Sunday and I was seated immediately which I loved. No wait & mama Nancy did my pedi while Helen did my fill-in. I’m not gonna lie they are a bit more pricier than the other shops in the area but it was so worth it! My fillin with gel polish was $45 which I thought was too much. Mama Nancy was SO nice & did the heck out of my feet!! She did everything I asked of her & took her time. My feet are so smooth and she massaged my legs & feet numerous times & longer than any other techs have. She even gave me some of the stuff that they put in the water to take with me which I thought was very sweet. Now I can’t wait to go back & im hoping my next experience with them will be great like this one was. I don’t care if I have to sit and wait for her because she is so worth it❤️
Always get right in and quality work EVERYTIME! I def get treated and feel like a queen here!!! Eyelashes, eyebrows, waxing, manis, pedis…get it ALL!!!
The nail salon is not up to code. They do not require hand washing nor are they disposing any one time use utensil such as porous nail files or foot scrubbers are being used repeatedly when they are single use items. This place needs to be shut down I don’t believe all of any are licensed which is REQUIRED in Georgia. Time to start reporting these nail shops know the laws and know what’s right. Also so a worker use the nail clipper they just used on someone’s feet to clip her nails right after he left the bowl.
I have been going here for years. Since mama Lee opened. They do good nails based on their attitude. Prices went up but customer service went down. I have. Seen with my own eyes 2 different times them cursing out and calling the police on elderly BLACK women.
The staff is always nice and friends. TEE does some awesome mani and pedi. Everyone at this location is good so you won't be disappointed.
This was my first time visiting and it was a great experience overall! I was greeted, warmly welcomed, and got my nails done immediately upon arrival. KK did my nails and was super helpful during the process. He made sure I was ok and that I was aware of the add-on prices. I’ll definitely come back. ☺️
