I’m very thankful for the ladies here! My hair was a complete mess before they did it! Though they seemed intimidated by the amount of hair I walked in with, they worked on me very patiently and kindly. This is my second time coming here and im so thankful for these ladies! And they wished me a happy birthday ????Thanks again! I will be returning

The service wasn’t great because the owner was trying to over charge me. For a incomplete service. Let just say the my natural hair color and the extensions were completely two different color.

Not a great salon for 4c hair. The lady that blows dry was not gentle. Also, she cut so much of my hair when I only wanted a trim. She ruined my hair!!! All cut off, damaged and short. Heat damage and they cut off most of mine and my sister's hair. I have been working on my natural 4c hair for years, and they destroyed it in one day! I told the lady how scared I was to do my hair because it was my first time in 5 years. She reassured me that everything would be alright, and she did this to me. Now, I have to start my hair journey again. It hurts so much. The worst part is that she won't refund my money.

1 year Update: I noticed that after I posted my review bunch of people started posting their reviews to increase the rating. DO NOT BE FOOLED by the rating! Especially Black women. This caused me emotional damage, so much hurt and pain that I cried every night, and anxiety to go to a salon until this day. I know that hair might now be a big deal, but if you put so much effort in your hair and your hair is a big part of your identity, it messes you up. I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did! So, please don’t be fooled by the 4.5 rating. I added more photo of after I cut my hair

My blowout is always so good no matter who does my hair the service is quick and they specialize in a lot of different areas.

Very polite and professional. I have been going to tricky salon since they open and keep coming back. The girls take good care of your hair, they listen to your preferences and always try to please. I would recommend this salon for hair wash and styling

My family came all the way from Ohio for a graduation . We didn't have a appointment but she took my daughter anyways . Her hair was lovely . She said the ladies where nice price. It just took a few hours.

When I first walked in I was greeted in such a friendly way, very sincere and genuine. The young woman who washed my hair was very thorough. She did a phenomenal job. My hair felt so clean. Nellie cut my hair and she was so.kind and talented. My hair looked and felt beautiful. This woman knows how to properly do hair. I was so pleased. My hair looked so lovely and I felt beautiful. Nellie and the entire staff were so welcoming and skilled.

I was extremely anxious about getting my hair cut because of a previous hair incident. But I finally found my hairdresser.

I'm telling you ladies this place like the ladies who work there is a true GEM!!!
