Great services and staffs were friendly and helpful! I went here every 2 weeks to have my nail done. I personally recommend Vicky if you want to get design on your nail!
I have been going to nexgen nails since I lived in San Pablo. Andy is a wonderful manager! I was so happy to learn that they open a shop in concord since I now live in Martinez. I always get dipped powder nails.
They are clean accommodating and helpful. They do a phenomenal job on trimming and cleaning your nails and make sure you are satisfied!! They celebrated my mom's 65th the right way with a song cake and some vino! Thank you nex gen staff
My boyfriend and I would always pass this place by on our commute to work and decided to check it out. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful with it being our first time. They were able to take us right away for two deluxe pedicures (includes sea salt exfoliation, wrap, hot stone massage) and the staff were friendly and took their time. Great color selection! Also, they had the cutest decorations up. Building is larger than it looks on the outside. On the christmas tree, there's little cards with discounts inside. I picked one that had $3 off. Then they gave us cuticle oils as a christmas gift ????
STAY AWAY from this place! They are unhygienic. They speak about others and make fun of their customers in Vietnamese and inconsistent with pricing. The worst part is they are so aggressive with the cleaning that you bleed and all they do is put nail glue over it to stop the bleeding!
Go to Belle Nails across the way they are much cleaner and will not speak about you
