I took my 12 year old daughter here for back 2 school nails. They accepted me as a walk-in on a Sunday at 4:30pm and they close at 5pm. The ladies were nice in the shop and the one who did my daughters nails Yen was friendly. My daughter said it was awkward at 1st, but finally Yen started engaging in conversation with her. She got acrylic nails and they charged her $60 for getting a certain nail polish. At one point I did feel they were talking about me and my toddler son who was in the shop but other than that the service was fine. She didn’t get her hand massaged during the manicure like I’ve seen at other places, but she was happy with how they turned out so I’m happy. I would return in the future.

I am a regular they always do absolutely fabulous love them the women who did my nails did so absolutely wonderful! I got mini mouse nails and couldn’t be happier it was exactly what i asked for. Will be continuing to come here

Nails look great; they did a good job on my basic nails- Acrylics with a gel polish French.

The establishment is not very good! Not very comfortable seating or welcoming. It feels like you are being talked about! They talk across the room to each other the whole time, ignoring the clients. They stopped on my nails to answer a personal cell phone. Then, I continued on my nails while holding the phone up using her shoulder. Then, the woman next to me was debating the price with the guy. When my price came up, it wasn't horrible $60, but that is more expensive than the place I normally go to, and then on top of it, this place is so basic! Most salons I have been to rub lotion on your hands and at least give a small massage this place did nothing!

I do NOT plan on going back ????

Newline Nails is the best nail salon around the metro area. I have been coming here for years. They always provide a high quality service, have great customer service, are friendly and have reasonable prices. Ada always does my powder dip manicure and does a fantastic job. The rest of the staff are great too!

I’ve been coming here for many years. The salon is clean. The staff are highly competent. I feel so pampered whenever I go there. I got the deluxe manicure and pedicure last time and it was so fabulous. If you need to indulge in some self care, come to Newline. They’ll take care of you.

I used to go here all the time. In fact they did my wedding nails. My husband and I moved and I was in the area and hadn’t been back in a while and decided to treat myself since my bday is my 4 days. I asked for a blue French tip coffin shape. Not only was my shape uneven on some but the round part of the French tip was as well. You can also see where the tip was glued on. I didn’t want to complain since I was there over an hour and I didn’t want to hurt anyones feelings. I absolutely hate them. I paid $65 and I’m highly considering just removing them at this point
