They have all the cosmetic and health products anyone in the beauty industry could need. I usually purchase my leave in conditioner and argan oil here every other month. The store keepers are a great help as well.
Helpful staff, prices went up, and I have to drive a bit to get to them, but I take the drive! If they would get a store in Twinsburg would be nice, there is a plaza with a good will, a nail, hair salon, and restaurants that would be the perfect location for me right around the corner!!
They were lovely. For once in my life i felt like a customer not a suspect. I was greeted as soon as a walked in. I was asked if I needed any help. The lovely lady assisted me with my hair selection. The owners were so down to earth and the customer service was extraordinary. I traveled from medina and it was worth the trip. Thank you for treating black women like customers not suspects. This is how you treat people coming into your store. Great as soon add they walk in, ask if they need help, assist with the product, smile at them at the cash register ask if there is anything else they need help with. And thank them for their business. I will be back.
I travel often performing and I find myself needing to replenish My Glamourous Products, as a result, I have visited a number of Beauty Supply Houses in the US and today my visit to New York Hair Beauty Supply in the beautiful State of Ohio in Bedford, is what I believe to be The Country's Best, Most Courteous, Attentive, Well Supplied, Peaceful Beauty Supply House EVER!! in addition to the Genuine Warm Welcome by Mike and Mo (Owners), the entire staff were super friendly and helpful.
The staff worked diligently to satisfy the shopping experience of Every visiting customer... I am Truly Impressed as they acknowledged each visitor and apologized for any delay in receiving service, no wonder so many customers are satisfied. I wish that every beauty supply could model the Customer Care and Service that I was privileged to experience at New York Hair & Beauty Supply in Bedford OH.
