Erika was very professional. I was impressed. I like her. Much better than the other place I kept going to with too many excuses for why she couldn't be on time. I appreciate professionalism.

I went to this salon and got a botched job. I tried speaking to their very rude owner who is not a pleasure to speak with nor friendly on the phone. They told me I’d be seeing their brow person for micro blading but I was given an apprentice who has caused me thousands in repairs and surgeries to fix it with lasers and 12 months of eyebrow correction via saline. Don’t go to this place. They swindled me and then refused to fix the problem or assist in fixing what they did to me. I’ve been so embarrassed and had to go through unbearable pain to correct the problem and the owner was nothing but rude and nasty to speak to on the phone. She refused my calls and then finally answered on one attempt and promised she would help me in finding a specialist to fix what they did and then never called back. I filed with the better business bureau and she has been nothing but an awful person to work with. Don’t go here! Bad bad business! The original person was supposed to be Erika but I was given the owners inexperienced daughter who never responded to my txt messages to help assist me in fixing it. My eyebrows have never faded or looked good. I had nothing but issues and this place handled things super unprofessionally. The owners daughter stole my money and then didn’t stand by her product. This place is not professional and did an awful job they refused to stand by. Totally unacceptable. I will also be sharing on my social media and intend to do whatever I can to make this business stand on the bad job it did.

Erika is the best she was very professional and knowledgeable about her services. My eyebrows are super great. I am a fan! She cares about her customers and the work she does. I highly recommend her.

I have to say that I am so impressed and happy with my facials from Erika. Her professionalism was outstanding. I see her for facials to work on my problem skin. I've had dermaplanning, masks specially to combat my dry skin etc...I'm very pleased with the results. My skin continues to improve with her work.

Erika Bickerstaff made me feel very comfortable coming to get my face exfoliated. This was my first time ever having this done,she talked me through what was going to happen. She even got my black head for me and jokingly asked did I want to see it

(I declined) my face felt and looked different after going to her. Last but not least she also referred me to some products I should use on a regular basis.

Erika is my esthetician! She has done nothing but great work. My skin is so much healthier now that she has helped me come up with a consistent regimen. Also the salon is calm, beautiful, and inviting. Go get serviced!!!

I have been here one time and when I tell you this was the best salon experience I have ever had in my life...my sister referred me to Lynnette. She has a beautiful personality, professional and warm. Her assistant was unbelievably attentive and thorough with my shampoo and conditioning service. The facility has beautiful wood and marble/stone decor. It's very clean and tidy just overall pleasing to the eye.

I will be back and I will be bringing my daughter in, which I may also add that this salon is child friendly which is a big plus in my book.

If you are looking for a hairstylist go see Lynnette at NM. She gave me a silk press and I feel like a million bucks right now. You will be very happy I sent you.

New Millennium is posh, chic, and wonderfully designed. Ms. Lewis, the owner, has a fabulous business - and once I get out of her chair., fabulous is how I feel. The team here is very talented and there is a variety of services for you to check out. The best thing is that your time is valued and there is a positive vibe throughout the salon. I recommend a visit! I always leave happy with my hair!
