I’ve came here a lot of times. But this will be my last. They took so much hair off the top of my eyebrows,
that no matter the facial expression I make I look angry. They left more hair in the middle of my brow, then in the front of my brow, and chopped off my ends, I truly don’t know how I’m gonna fix them!
After finishing my brows, I asked her to fix them Because they weren’t even!
She said, confidently “yaaaaa ill fix them.” Which just made them worse.
I always get my eyebrows done here so I wasn’t worried about them messing up since my shape is there it’s only really the middle and eyelid that needed removing. I’ve never been so disappointed they took out unnecessarily the bottom portion of my inner eyebrow so it looks like a bald spot and didn’t take enough off the other side so it’s just such a mess. Not sure what made her take it off but they look so uneven it’s embarrassing not to mention it’s the hardest part to grow back so they’ll look like this for a couple of months. I won’t be returning.
Got the brows done before school starts. Been coming here for a while now. Great place and atmosphere, love the music!! I’m always satisfied with their service and their clean place of business. Walk ins always welcome!

You get what you pay for. I came a few months ago and the lady who did my eyebrows did an amazing job, I asked for a clean and she did exactly what I asked for. However I just got them done again, I asked for a clean again, and the lady that threaded my eyebrows did not do what I asked for at all. Instead of just cleaning my brows she shaped them really thin, which isn’t what I asked or payed for. Might not risk coming here again.
Fast, cheap, and the outcome is nice. Three stars because there was no attempt at having conversation or even saying a word in general besides "what would you like/hold your eyebrow," in a plain tone, and because my eyebrow scabbed up where the lady pulled too hard, leaving me at a wedding with scabs on my eyebrow. Wouldn't go back if I'm getting ready for an event. Quick touch up would be fine.
Great at eyebrow and very quick
Dislike that my go to girl Marisa is not there anymore. Once I let an older gal do my eye brows and I kid you not my eye brows were feeling itchy, red , and discomfort for a couple of hours after... So, Marisa is the only one I would see after no matter how long the wait. It seemed like everyone was always waiting for her. Loved my braws when she did them. I was told she is no longer there but, now I'm worried about trying another person and having to feel that discomfort again.... Marisa where are you? =) 5 rating for Marisa
