Joie O’Neil has been cutting my family’s hair for 15 years and she’s reasonably priced, friendly and great at her job.
I've been trying to make an appointment for weeks now but no one seems to know how to answer the phone!!! An answering machine would be nice with the option of having a call back...
Felipe is the best in the biz.
I showed up 5 minutes early for an appointment and was ignored when I walked in. When my appointment time started, the stylist was still with the previous customer. 6 minutes into my scheduled appointment time, the stylist finished with the first customer and started on another customer. It was 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and the stylist was still with the second customer. Up to this point, I had been completely ignored. I can understand if a business is running late on scheduled appointments and offer an apology for it, but to not even acknowledge a customer or potential customer when they enter your business is inexcusable to me.
I have been getting my hair cut here since I was a young boy. The cut is above all the rest! Fantastic work great environment. Isend everyone I know here.
