Solid little chip shop / cafe and easily the best one in Caerphilly. Great chips, the batter is as light as a feather and traditional curry sauce. The service was relaxed and welcoming too.

I came here with my newborn and mother-in-law last time we visited family and I must say this is one of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had!! Brilliant quality and amazing value for money. The staff and manager were also super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be visiting again and recommending this place to friends and family.

Bought from there previously and enjoyed the food but popped in today 2/3/23 @ 11:25 , and even though it didn't open till 11:30 I waited while the lady was outside smoking , when she came in and asked me what I'd like without washing her smelly smoke hands I couldn't order !!!! The thought of her touching my food or even paper wrapping totally disgusted me !!!

So I was looking at reviews for a fish and chip shop in town and this got the best reviews, I thought Google is pretty good for accuracy and decided to try it out. Well we weren't disappointed at all, it was a lovely experience. The fish was fresh the batter wasn't too thick and the staff very friendly and helpful. We sat down to eat and there was table service. I ordered the fish with chips and mushy peas. My mum ordered just a cod and battered sausage. It was good quality and they have a good range of soft drinks. Also they did provide a glass of water for free. I enjoyed it and highly recommend it to others. There is a good reason why it's busy and has many many good reviews.

Best chip shop in caerphilly. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Both the shop and cafe area are spotless. The fish is to die for.

Visiting Caerphilly and went to this chip shop as it had the highest reviews. Chips okay but small portions. Okay but had a lot better.

My wife and i thoroughly enjoyed our fish lunch this afternoon in the cafe. Light crispy batter and a very healthy portion of cod. As good as i have tasted. Very good value for money.Staff were friendly and attentive. Spot on. Thank you.
