0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.! I Came In For Two Nail Repairs It Hasn’t Been A Week & My Nails Are Breaking. I’ve Been Sitting For Over An Hour & She Still Is Saying She Has To Charge Me Even Though Ive Already Paid $70+Tax Because In Her Words “ I Broke My Nails. ” They Never Speak English Even When Talking Around Or To Customers & They Overcharge You After They Make Mistakes. They Use Hideous Curved Nails & Will Take Other Customers Ahead Of You Even If You Arrived First With An Appointment.!!!
Absolutely love this place. I make an appointment, which is allowed. I never have to wait. Tee is professional and provides a shop that is clean, sanitized after each patron and comfortable. I have watched her deal with customers that are very rude with kindness and in a professional manner. Prices are commensurate with today's costs. I have frequented this place for many years. I recommend Natural Nails highly and I am not easy to please. ????
Very clean! Very quiet! Friendly, professional and fast! They don’t break the bank and they move very efficiently! Very very pleased with my services from this shop! I drive 45 minutes just to have my nails done here. Treated very well every time I go!
Felt my mani pedi was rushed. I was the last appointment of the day. I was charged $64.80 but the sign said $55 +$5 for 2 finger/toe design. I have badly filed nails with polish on some areas. I am not happy and don't plan to return. Customer service is dead and gone. Everyone has attitudes and think they are doing you a favor when it is your money keeping them open.
Update to Thatcher Tan: First of all my name is Selena not Serena and I go by Lena which is my nickname. (Ask Tee she know who I am) My fill in never used to be 40 dollars including taxes I used to pay 30 dollars with tax plus a 10 dollar tip and I have the bank statements to prove it so before you start running your mouth do your homework!! I haven't been to that shop since February and furthermore I would NEVER pay 97 dollars there so again address this with Serena because I'm not her please and thank you ✌
At first I really enjoyed coming here because initially my nails would be flawless and reasonably priced. However, as the months went on the quality of my nails began to crumble. They lifted a lot because the acrylic was so thin and I had the same set of nails on for a year but was told I didn't need a new set on more than one occasion. My other issue was the fact that I never paid the same price and I've been going there for 9 months, the last straw was when I paid 43 dollars for a fill in and my last 2 months I had to tell my nail tech what I wanted my nails to look like shape wise when that wasn't the case before. So I decided not to return
Natural Nails has been my go-to nail salon for almost 5 years. Excellent service, extremely clean, and very professional. Unfortunately my mother & I stopped going due to the pandemic. Now that I’ve returned back to an office setting, I intend on scheduling an appointment immediately!
