The person that I had the appointment with was late. Did not speak to me. Rushed through the pedicure. I had to call his attention to some of the things he had neglected to do. I felt the sanitation was good and perhaps had I had another person that spoke English or even bothered to speak I would have felt more comfortable.
Came in asking for a gel French manicure…. Well they said they don’t have the colors. Instead of offering different options, they got upset, talked with 3 different ladies. You want to sell, find solutions for your customers. Really? You don’t have the colors for a gel French manicure????? Very rude people. End up having a dark color…. Manger/owner end up doing my nails, very rude and the final job is not great…. She cut my mail without asking and some are square and some are just round…. Also when she finished Ask me not to come back until Jesse the girl that usually does my nails is back. No thanks!
For a just Ok job you can go somewhere else….
Love the massage chairs for pedicures. Usually do a great job pretty quick. Prices seem reasonable.

I have been going to James the owner since 2010 I drive 45+ miles to see him! His wife Lynn does amazing eyebrow waxes and pedicures! This place is always busy make sure to schedule and appointment and show up 30min early. I've never had a bad experience here like the other unfortunate reviewers. If you've never been here give it a try! Good prices and great service!
I came clear from Dewey ok. To give my step mom who has Alzheimer’s pedicure for her Christmas present. Made the appointment on the phone on Monday the 20th for 1pm on the 22nd, drove clear over here to Ponca and K&K SALONS tells me they don’t have an appt. REALLY THIS IS A CHRISTMAS GIFT! I CALLED NATURAL NAILS RIGHT IN K&K’s lobby and drove straight over there! Right around the corner! THANKS NATURAL NAILS FOR MAKING OUR CHRISTMAS!
