Natural Hair Solutions salon is neat and clean. My technician, Ms Lorna, gives the BEST hair wash! I have Sister Locs, mid-back length, and Ms Lorna washed my locs and massaged my scalp masterfully!

Mrs. Lorna has the best customer service. The entire salon has a peaceful vibe.
My 1st encounter was a let down because I was told one price by the owner who saw my hair and the day of my appointment i was charged more than what was told by the owner. I gave it a 2nd try but was an epic failure. Made my appointment two weeks ahead and the day of appointment they said I didn't have one. They replaced my appointment. Not customer friendly. Guess they carter yo their people Jamaicans. All natural hair are equal and deserve respect too. NO STAR BUT HAD TO CLICK ON ONE TO POST. THEY SUCK BIG TIME

Simply the best... I took my 4 year old son in to get his hair twisted, his final words were "this is the best day ever! I love my hair!" Andrise did an amazing job on my sons head. Clean and positive atmosphere, beautiful staff, and they all work sufficiently. I would definitely recommend this place????????
Love Novia! My hair always looks Great leaving her shop. I also enjoy getting my hair washed from the ladies here, very relaxing. Once my son turns 3 maybe 3 and a half I'll start bringing him to Novia to get his hair twisted and treated.
