Quick Facts About NANCY'S NAILS

NANCY'S NAILS is a popular nail salon that receives mixed reviews from customers. In order to properly analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment, we must consider the comments provided by customers.
One recurring complaint that arises is the poor quality of the nail services. Several customers mentioned issues with their pedicures and manicures, including improper shaping, bubbles in the polish, and polish not lasting or adhering properly. One customer specifically mentioned paying extra for shellac polish that did not meet their expectations. This indicates a weakness in the skills and attention to detail of the nail technicians at NANCY'S NAILS. Customers rely on professional nail salons to provide high-quality services, and when these expectations are not met, it creates a negative experience and reflects poorly on the salon.
Another weakness that is evident from the comments is poor customer service. Multiple customers mentioned feeling rushed during their services or not receiving proper attention or care from the nail technicians. One customer even described the salon turning them away for being a few minutes late despite having a valid reason for their delay. This indicates a lack of professionalism and a disregard for customer satisfaction. Friendly and attentive customer service is crucial in the success of a business, especially in the service industry where customers expect a pleasant and relaxing experience.
Inconsistent quality is also mentioned by multiple customers. Complaints about uneven shaping, polish underneath nails, and inexperienced nail technicians using improper techniques are clear indicators of a lack of training and consistency among the staff. Inconsistent quality can severely impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customers expect a certain level of skill and expertise, and when they receive a subpar service, it leaves a negative impression and discourages them from returning.
One potential strength of NANCY'S NAILS is their availability on Sundays when most places are closed. This can be advantageous for customers who have limited time during weekdays or have urgent nail care needs. Being open on Sundays sets them apart from their competitors and can attract a specific clientele who appreciate the convenience.
Additionally, some customers expressed positive experiences with specific nail technicians. One customer specifically mentioned their satisfaction with a nail technician named Justin. Positive experiences with specific staff members indicate that there may be skilled and experienced nail technicians among the staff. Capitalizing on this strength and ensuring all staff members are properly trained can help improve the overall quality of the services provided.
In conclusion, NANCY'S NAILS has some notable weaknesses that need to be addressed in order to provide a consistently high-quality service. Issues with poor nail services, inconsistent quality, and subpar customer service are evident from the comments. However, the availability on Sundays and the potential for talented nail technicians among the staff can be seen as strengths. By addressing the weaknesses and capitalizing on the strengths, NANCY'S NAILS can improve their overall reputation and attract more satisfied customers.

Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Not a good pedicure at all. This photo is the day after my pedicure service. To start the water in all of our foot bathes were very cold, multiple times we asked for warmer water. Male tech only did 2 layers of this pale pink, I am not one to complain so I thought oh well, it's not what I asked for but it's okay but getting out in the sunshine, I could see the white of my nail under. I even paid extra for the shellac. I ended up calling the next day to explain and asked if I could have a few more layers of polish added on top, they said ok, we set a time and I went back. Only to be told no at the door, they could not do that (I had about 15 minutes prior called and they said that was ok). The entire reason we went was to take my husband's mom prior to a funeral for her spouse. They said come back tomorrow for a layer of polish, I said that is when the funeral is, I can't do that and they said that is all we can do. A $50 pedicure that looks like this. The tech also did not do any buffing out of rough spots at all, so my feet look pretty much exactly as they did prior to the pedicure. A waste of time and money. My sisters that went were equally dissatisfied with their manicures and pedicures as well.
I went in for a pedicure and full set. I asked for an almond shape, the woman who did my nails really rushed my service ( didn’t let my nails cure for as long as they should have) and started working before asking me what I actually wanted. I left with nails whose shapes aren’t matched, and with lots of bubbles. Paid $100 for full service. Not worth it.
i refuse to go anywhere else to get my nails done. Justin is amazing. I need to book another appointment with him asap! ????????
Edited to add: I found a private place that will take me and they will probably forever have my business at this point.
I had an appointment and was maybe 5 minutes late and turned away. Lady said I was 10 minutes late but uh actually I had been waiting 5 minutes past time of arrival. I got lost in the mall and had to find where the nail place was. The lady had to look me up as it looks like she didn't even remember me in the books despite me calling earlier. Sure took the walk in that walked right ahead of me though. It's sad I turned down another place of service for this one and now get to be in a pickle. Looks like I will be using press on nails for my engagement photos instead. I will be using another place for service in the future which is a huge mistake for Nancy's Nails considering I pay cash and am a HUGE tipper. Thought my money was green like everyone else's but apparently not to them so whether they believe it or not they lose out in the long run. Can't believe I wasted my gas and time on these people. Not to mention the lady was rude as all heck and the first thing she does is say "WE ARE DONE FOR THE DAY." You sure weren't two seconds ago but I guess that is none of my business (pun intended).
Do better please! Inconsistent quality. Polish underneath nails and on the sides. Inconsistent shape- I just wanted basic almond and the tech couldn’t do that. So disappointed when I paid $50+ dollars plus tip!
Love these ladies. My nails stay on 3 weeks. Go every two weeks. The pedicure is so good. Call for an appointment.
Not sure if my nail tech knew how to use the dipping powder for my nails. They were lumpy and bumpy after. No shape. I waited about 20 min for my service to be rushed.
It’s good if you need a place on a Sunday since most places are closed. The girl I had was a little flighty. I asked for a lavender pedicure, and she gave me a green tea one. She was constantly talking to her neighbor or on phone, and not really focused on what she was doing. For the manicure, she went straight to dip and did not attend o cuticles. The strangest manicure I’ve had. I think it depends on who you have.
