I usually get Gel- X nails just because they’re way healthier and nicer. But the lady I usually go to wasn’t available so I knew if I had to get acrylics it would be here! I haven’t came here in a couple of years so I was hesitant but I loved the outcome! I came in for a set and brought my little sister for a manicure. They were super sweet to us both. Our nails turned out so amazing. Thank you Kristy ????????!!
I thought I finally found a shop that did great work and genuinely appreciated my business, however no matter how good the work attitude is everything. Cindy was nice from the get but after a few times she treated me like I was an imposition to her day. She was aggressive and didn't listen to any of my concerns. When I shared that I didn't appreciate her attitude and won't be returning she said "well that's your choice." I was so taken aback, I let her finish, didn't tip her and told the front desk that I won't be returning. I don't do well with people who play "FAKE NICE"... I see right through it. It's apparent she picks and chooses the clients she will genuinely be nice to. In addition when I shared with the front desk that I wouldn't be returning she was silent which solidifies this shop's lack of Customer Care. With that, I will happily take my business elsewhere.
Very good, and very expensive. Be prepared to pay for your nails. The cheapest I got out of there for was $90/nails, $65/pedicure. The most I paid was $120/nails (they were beautiful, no question) & still $65/pedicure. I don't mind the cost due to the quality, however, it's still an expense you need to plan for.
I'm so sad to be giving this place a one-star! I've been coming here for the past 14 years and the last 3 times that I have come in to get my nails done, has been such a great disappointment. I had a lady by the name of Tiffany and she just made me feel so rushed and hurt my hands. I have cuts and still nail polish from my old set showing on the side of the nails !!!!! When I went to go wash my hands, my hands were BURNING from the cuts, it's like she was sanding me down with a power tool. To bad, I really enjoyed coming here, I guess it's time to find a new place.
I love going to this nail salon. It's always busy but it's so worth the wait. Everyone does such great nails. I got mine done by Tom, whose the owner, & I just happened to pull a picture of the nails I wanted on Google & he looked at it for a second & instantly he got to work. He was so fast & thorough & the nails were seriously strong & the perfect length cause I type all day at work & these don't slow me down at all. Only downside is they're more expensive than other local places but you are getting exactly what you pay for. Went a couple weeks later to get my fill & again I had a great time. I'llll definitely be going back again.
This place is awesome. Tom always does my nails perfectly & they last for so long. Definitely getting the most bang for your buck. It is always packed however so try to make an appointment to avoid waiting for a really long time. Only nail salon I go to.
It is my second time coming here to do my nails. Both time very expensive. Got very simple design. It cost $75. Even though I did not get any crystals or any other design. I also got cut in the cuticles but the person doing my nails had a solution and stoped my finger from bleeding. At the end it looked amazing but too pricey.
I'm not sure what the name is of the lady that did my nails but the reason I'm giving it 2 stars is only because she was nice. As for the nails, I have never paid $90 for something like this. She did like 4-5 coats of gel and you can tell because of how bumby they are. On top of that some of the paint is still wet under the coats !! Never again .

Quick Facts About Nana Nails

Nana Nails place, based on the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses. Let's discuss them in detail below.
Strengths: 1. Quality of work: Many customers praised the outcome of their nails, highlighting that they turned out amazing, beautiful, and perfect. The comments also mention that the nails were strong, lasted for a long time, and did not slow down daily activities such as typing, demonstrating the salon's ability to create durable and functional nail designs. 2. Skillful technicians: The comments appreciate the technicians' skills and expertise. Tom, the owner, is specifically mentioned as providing great nails, being fast, thorough, and understanding clients' preferences instantly. The technician who stopped the bleeding from a customer's cut finger also displayed professional knowledge and care. 3. Gel-X nails: Some customers appreciate that the salon offers healthier and nicer alternatives, like Gel-X nails, which distinguishes Nana Nails place from other local salons. 4. Customer service: Several comments acknowledge the salon's friendly and sweet customer service. The employees were accommodating to both adults and children, making the salon a welcoming place for families. In addition, the salon's popularity suggests that it has established a reputation for good customer service over the years.
Weaknesses: 1. Inconsistent customer treatment: One customer shared a negative experience where the technician appeared nice at first but later became aggressive and did not listen to concerns. The lack of responsiveness from the front desk when this issue was raised indicates a lack of customer care and suggests that the salon may not prioritize consistent treatment of all clients. 2. Expensive prices: Multiple comments mention that Nana Nails place is costly, with prices ranging from $75 to $120 for nail services. While some customers attribute the expense to the quality of the work, these high prices might not be affordable for everyone. The comment about paying $90 for nails that were not up to expectation indicates that customers may not always feel that the price justifies the service received. 3. Time management: The salon's popularity is mentioned as a positive aspect, but it also implies that there might be long wait times, as some comments advise making appointments to avoid extended waiting periods. Waiting for a long time can be inconvenient for customers and might deter them from returning. 4. Inconsistency in nail application: One negative review complained about the nail technician applying multiple thick layers of gel, making the nails bumpy and causing the paint to remain wet underneath. This inconsistency in the application process can result in dissatisfaction among customers.
In conclusion, Nana Nails place has strengths in terms of the quality of work, skillful technicians, gel-x nail offerings, and generally good customer service. However, the salon needs to address weaknesses such as inconsistent customer treatment, high prices, time management, and maintaining consistency in nail applications to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
