Loved these guys! Listened to what I wanted was very clear he would try his best to replicate my picture and he did FLAWLESSLY. Tho I wanted a gel manicure I got clear acrylic but I'm not mad about that! Amazing price for amazing service!! I will absolutely be coming back 100% (including my references pic)

Two stars because it was clean. Second time receiving terrible nail service,
NEVER AGAIN. I went in and noticed one customer getting nails done and one getting a pedicure. Great timing. However, once customer's started to pile in. Thats when the rushed nail job happened.I asked for a thin layer of colored acrylic, but he thought dip powder would suffice. Never tried it, so let's do something new. He rushed me to select a color. Can I sit down first. He clearly forgot the number I selected, wrong red. Pulled out a drill thinking he was filing things down for a nice square shape.He used a regular nail file (the kind in those cheap nail kits, real flimsy) to file down the sides after the botched nail job was done. My nails are bulky and looks like a nail challenge seen on social media. $50.00
Worst experience, my tech was more concerned about getting me in and out of the chair. She rushed the entire service. My nails are all different lengths and design is just sloppy. One hand doesn’t even match the other. She didn’t even get all the dust off my nails before she started painting them and is filled with bubbles and debris. I had to leave my chair to wash my hands and before I could even come back to collect my things from her station, she had sat someone down and shoved my things to the side and making me have to reach over 2 other people just to get my things.
Literally the worst nails I’ve ever gotten ???? they’re half of the length I asked for, the flowers look nothing like what I asked for, they’re bubbly, bumpy and misshapen. I asked him multiple times to fix them and he didn’t. Was super unprofessional and stopped doing my nails for 10 minutes while he sat on his phone. And way over charged me for the quality
This is my second trip here. I am very athletic and have runners toe. I am not able to grow nails on both of my great toes. The first time I came here the lady asked if I would like acrylic nails on the aforementioned toes. She said it would last a couple of weeks. It lasted for 3 months!!! I went back for a second time and she fashioned me new toe nails again. I am so happy cause I can wear sandals again!!! I hope they last as long again. I sorry to say that I do not know this kind lady’s name but she is amazing. Thank you nail trix spa in Clarksville. I will be back!!!
She gives her manicure tremendous care and attention. She pays close attention to the little things and values her work. They did a fantastic job and were really kind and delicate with my nails. Many thanks for the efficient and helpful service. trusted location
Worst nail experience. Out of the 4 of us getting nails done, only one came away NOT bloody. Manicure had blood from the cuticle trim. And during the cuticle trim on my sister in-laws foot, the guy cut her so badly her toe bled for half an hour. No apology. There were others getting pedicures who were also bleeding. The nail people need better training! Save your money and time and find another salon.
Would give 0 stars if it was an option. I don't recommend anyone going here if they want their nails done right. I got my nails done last night and woke up this morning and took a shower. When I got out of the shower most of the black tips were messed up. They refuse to talk to you about anything.
