This is a great establishment! They put passion into your nail art I definitely recommend coming here! They are cheaper than eagle nails across town. I recommend signing in an hour before you are needing to get your nails done because the wait can be quite lengthy but it is still not that bad. Once again they do a phenomenal job at nail art. Please note that they only do gel.
I just got my nails done at Nails USA in Jackson,Ohio for my freshman homecoming and they did an amazing job! Absolutely GORGEOUS!
Why are they so rude??? My daughter and I came here for back-to-school mani’s and pedi’s and we totally put them out by all of our questions about dip polish. We don’t get our nails done often. They were not busy. The young woman who did my 11-yr-old daughters nails was annoyed because she was trying to pick her colors and was very short with daughter. The man did my pedi and started to do my nails and kept hurting me. I finally told him I didn’t want my nails done but I let my daughter get hers done. I will never support this business again!!!!!
My husband and i went to get my nails done for the first time in my life, he went in and they had him sign me in and write our phone number. He was told we would get a call in an hour and never got the call. Waited 2 hours and watched them leave saying “leaving the early got stuff to do”. Would not suggest them i ended up going to eagle nails and getting my nails done and love how they turned out.
My mom and I went here as an impromptu girls day and did not leave happy. We both had a pedicure and when drying the gel the lady burned my toe twice with the lamp, moving on to the nails I had originally wanted dip and added tips but she acted as of I had to get gel if I were getting tips so eventually I just gave up and went with gel. When filing she gashed two of my fingers and tried to act like nothing happened and dug into the rest of them. It was very painful and I generally go monthly to have my nails and toes done and it has never been painful. There was no apology given at all and she did not bother to be careful when using alcohol on the nails. My fingers felt as if they were on fire. The quality was also not great, the sides are not straight and the nails seem buldgy in places. We spent over $200 for poor quality and lack of ability. I do not recommend and will not return.
Always a beautiful job on my nails. It’s very hard for me to grow my nails long so needless to say I have very short nails ????????♀️ they take those stubs and make them look so amazing! My recent visit was for my holiday nails and once again between customer service and atmosphere they have exceeded my expectations ❤️❤️❤️
Not only did they do my new lovely nails they fixed what I overpaid somewhere else had done . I'm extremely happy with my new nails and will be coming back from now on. They have my business for life. There prices are fair and great and honestly if you ever want your nails done come here for sure . Nails u.s.a is amazing
