My granddaughter always goes to this salon to get her nails done. Even though I would never pay to get my nails done I do for her. The salon is always very neat and clean, the stylists are always very nice and the nails looks good.
They do an excellent job. No complaints.
I love this place. A lady name Leila (not sure of spelling) always does my eyebrow threading and does the best job. I've tried numerous other people at other places and she's the best. Very friendly and they also do great pedicures.
Money wasted... i asked for gel and they tried ripping me off for acrylic which is the powder one and gel is liquid i told her i did not want acrylic and she lied saying “oh no we put gel nails polish over the acrylic”???? That’s makes no sense “ then i told her I’ll just get acrylic then left Not only one nail but 8 of my nails cricket i made her take one off and redue it bc it was that bad then laughed at me thinking i wouldn’t understand what they were saying when i knew they were trying to rip me off do not come here !!!
I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a nail salon. I had an appointment at 3:00 pm, I didn’t get out of there until 4:30.
In the middle of my pedicure, another woman, I think her name is Cindy, came and told her that a lady who came in to get a manicure had an appointment.
Well, I also had an appointment. The girl doing my toes rushed, cut my big toenail very crooked and had polish all over my toes. I waited until she was done with the other ladies Manicure and asked her to fix my toe that was crooked. By the time she was finished it was 4:30.
I had a gift certificate for $20.00 that my daughter gave me for Mother’s Day. The lady told me that wasn’t enough, I owed $5.00 more. I told her that they didn’t do a good job and I wasn’t paying more and I walked out.
My daughter called and asked how much they charged for a pedicure and the person on the phone told her $20.00.
Worst nails I have ever had. Manager or owner said that is what theu should look like. Never had a fill in done where upu can still see the lines. Will never ever go back. Not professional at all. So very upset about my nails.
I always feel special when I'm here! Everyone takes such great care of my daughters, my mom and me. When I don't have my children, Diyanna always asks about them!
Horrific!! Spent 150 on pedicures and our feet were not any different at end of 2 hours of having our girl go do a million other things... went back and had nails done and left before finishing (2 hours of torture) and every finger bloody and cut up. Told me they didn't have anyone to fix them for 2 more hours!! Never again!!!
