I was a walk-in and they took care of me quickly. I hadn’t had my nails done for a while. It was a good experience and I am very happy. Kai-en (sp?) did my nails.
I had a hard time choosing a color from their wall as their polish was already on nail samples. I would prefer to choose from colors still in the bottle.
Such a great place! They work hard at having great customer service! I like to have great communication with my nail tech.. so many perks while I'm getting a fill or a full set.. massages discounts and of course their awesome complimentary drink Bar Cafe!!! They have so many different services other than nails.. can't wait to have my spa day every couple weeks!

Edit, I know use Nails Plus as a regular customer, overall happy with the service, at times I was less than satisfied they have been willing to fix it.
4th time still love it and the matte finish! Third time here, still love this place. Friendly, fair and clean! Oh and I love my nails ????❤️.
Horrible experience. None of the items used were sanitary by any means. My tech skipped multiple care steps and rushed through the process with no time for focus and detail. I explained to my nail tech multiple times what I wanted and showed pictures... in return she did the shape she chose, completely opposite from what I wanted and continued to overcharge me after we had talked about a price already. All I was given in return for my experience was $5 back.
She was very sweet about me picking different colors for each nail.
They did a mediocre pedi. Not friendly and cut my toe nails way too short. Then painted my nails like a 6 year old! Won't be back...
I can't say enough nice things about Bill and Kim!! They are a great team and my nails have never looked nicer, and my feet feel fantastic!! I leave there after a pedicure and a fill looking beautiful and healthy!
Krista and Kim were absolutely wonderful! They're pleasant demeanor made our pedicures even more wonderful! Very thorough and so professional!
