If i could give anything less than a one star i would. It really sucks because i actually love my nails but the customer service is trash. Me and my 6 year old came in to get pedicures and a fill in for me. They acted like they didn’t want to service us even though we walked in and the salon had no customers. I should have went with my gut feeling and left then but i decided to stick it out. The lady who did my pedicure was very aggressive and told me to have a seat when i was trying to help my child(who was also getting service) with his iPad. I told her to wait and i was coming as she clearly seen me assisting him. You’re rushing me in an empty salon. After all services was complete and it was time to pay I stopped to tie my child’s shoe. The tech checking me out rudely says “can you hurry so i can help the next customer” so i said “excuse me but she doesn’t look she’s in a rush” the customers responded to me and said “no your fine” the tech then says “well I’m in a rush”. I promise you if i had not already had services done i would not have given them my money. Again it sucks because my nails are amazing but i will not suppose any business with horrible customer service! Take y’all money where we are wanted!!!!

They do the best nails over south and they always make sure your nails look good and if you like them before you go

First my nails are still bleeding from an apt with tee at 10 may 3 2022 might need to seek medical and a lawyer I have been coming here for over 3 years They have a bad attitude service change daily they is slow they don’t do designs and only have 2 people working every day what a waste of my time

Needed my nails done for a business trip they are very unprofessional went to la nails they are just as bad ladies we have to start our own nail business the (labor workers) getting above their selfs at this point finding a black owned shop as we speak

This salon is the reason I no longer get my nails done . After being a faithful customer here for almost 3 years I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so wrongly as a paying customer. After my nail beds were cut to the point that they bled 3 different times on three different occasions back to back . I felt as though I was being attacked . This area is riddled with junkies. If I were to have gotten infected by anything I’d sue . I honestly wish there had been some kind of legal action I could take at that moment . I have reported this business to the BBB. You are not entitled to my money .

I like this place but when I went the last timeKevin did my nails and after 1 week it looked like i needed a fill in really bad. Within two weeks 2 nails popped off. I took them all off no problem and was so glad my regular nail shop opened back up. Sad to say I won’t be going back here.

I finally thought I found a good Nail salon in Baltimore but I guess not. I was over -charged and then they didn’t even do my nails right. The men that work there are amazing but the two females that usually greet everyone are highly rude and disrespectful.... if I could if them zero stars I would be pounding that button right now!!!! I’ve been here four times and today makes it my fifth visit and last visit. They just lost 5 clients ... smh.

They had availability on short notice but they tried to give me a rush service because I'm a male but they were happy to clean my nails up more once I requested them to.

Its hard to rate. Only because the asians was rude, nasty and ignored there customers. But 1 american girl that work there was pleasant n new what she qaa doing. I had no trouble with her n she does good nails she would get 5 stars but everything else i would only gice 1 star cuz its clean in there
