I will not be going back. Even when I tried to get them to fix my nails, the older lady would not. I was looking for a new place go get my nails done and tried here. My gel manicure was not good. Part of my nails close to my cuticles were not painted and when I told her she said thats the cuticle I cant do that. Ma'am thats my nail! That doesn't even look straight! And the other nails go back further so how don't you realize that!? She also didn't even get the polish off around my nails.. i had to do that myself!! The pedicure wasn't bad. But I will never return here.

MRS. KIM IS THE BEST. I bring in a picture every time of what I want and she slays every. single. time. Customer service is amazing and everything is reasonably priced.

Kim, Ben and all the staff at Nails First do an amazing job! Super friendly and they always want to make sure you are happy with their service. My nails look amazing every visit and pedicures are so relaxing! One stop shop as I get my eyebrows waxed there as well! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for these services! 100% recommend!

They did a great jobs on my daughter's nails. Had them done for a special occasion. My daughter wanted a design on each nail and the charged less than when asked a different nail place. For a gel refill, gel polish and different design on each finger, I paid $80 before tip. At a different nail shop it would have been $100.

Mr. Ban went above and beyond for me and my sister this Sunday night! He stayed 2 hours after he’s closing hours to do our acylic set! Nails are beautiful. Staff did an amazing job with my pedicure as well

I’ve been a client at Nails 1st for years and I can’t say enough good things about them. They always give me exactly what I want and when I can’t decide - they help me with suggestions. They are so friendly and professional and provide exceptional services.

So, I decided to go get a pedicure today. I wanted to try a different place today. So I went to Nail’s first in Smyrna. That was a biggg mistake. I paid $ 35.00 for a service that I learned just before the polish was applied that I didn’t pay for the correct pedicure that includes my heals been done. Have anyone had this experience before??? Have anyone heard of this foolishness!!!!Never again
