Tiffany the owner is very rude and unprofessional as always. I waited 2 hours and got a pedicure just for them to tell me I couldn’t get a full set. They are very inconsiderate and have no remorse. Don’t waste your money or your time! Go to Tnails or just go out of town.

Walked in to get my eyebrows and lip waxed and walked right out. She did such a great job, very gentle & will definitely be going back again! :))

Very pleased with the service I receive there. They always seat you at a station as soon as you arrive. Very thorough waxing.

My experiences here have been more positive then negative.. Like any other place people have flaws & so does Tiffany & Kevin.. Me my mom & daughter usually have great outcomes here & get almost any design we want..

Horrible experience! He sucked at design and was not good at shaping the nail. Was very rushed did a horrible job on a French tip of two accent nails. When I exclaimed to him I was not satisfied. I was spoken to rudely. Even his nail polish was awful very sloppy work

First time coming here and this experience was exceptionally great. Very warm and inviting environment. I will definitely be back.

I go here alot to get my full sets and have had a few pedicures and eyebrow waxes. I personally never had a problem with the owners workers or institution. I've been coming here since I was 17 which means about 15 years I have went to a few other places that have better stars or reviews just to see but I always come back to this institution I just really like them all. They always do my nails the exact way I want and try to include me on their conversation and the outcome of their work is always shown when people compliment my nails when they are done. I know alot of people don't recommend them or leave bad reviews but everyones experience here will be different than the last and they have alot of loyal customers still and even though I've been to other salons i still refer to this one as my salon or my favorite. Plus i love the owners and workers they make me laugh and always ask me how I am when they see me outside the salon.

The woman by the name of Tiffany is very rude and unprofessional. She has the worse attitude. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but that’s not my problem or concern because customer service is everything when it comes to running a business and it’s obvious that she do not have any. With the way the economy is going and for there being so many people doing nails now you shouldn’t treat people rudely when there are so many options available and I chose to come to your establishment but I will never come again or recommend anyone else to do so. I drove a little over a hour to come to their establishment because a work friend recommended them but unfortunately it was a waste of a drive and total disappointment.
