I’m disappointed with the outcome of my gel manicure from this nail shop. Usually I pay extra for gel because it lasts longer and does not chip. However, after only having my gel on for two days it started to chip away. They did not even shake the bottle of nail polish before applying it. If I’m going to spend $35 on a manicure, I’ll go to Antique Nail Spa next door. It’s the same price and they last longer.
Everytime I have gone in for a pedicure I have loved it. Everyone is friendly, professional and do excellent work. They will be the only place I go for to get my toes done. Love them!
This is the BEST pedicure place I have been to in the New Orleans metro area. Been going here for years and the service is consistent. "Sweet Tea" is one of the workers and his name is very appropriate. He is so sweet and cares for your nails as if he knows you on a personal level. Clean, quick if you are in a rush, or chill and relax if you have time! My favorite place!
I had gotten gel manicure which was suppose to last for 3 weeks. But it started peeling off within a week. I was on vacation so I did no household chores of cleaning or cooking. Therefore the peeling off cannot be blamed on household chores. I got the manicure done on Dec 23rd and these photos were taken on Dec 29th. Very disappointing.

Enjoyed a much needed relaxing afternoon getting a pedicure. They are always so nice and do an exceptional job!
I used to go here quite often until I would walk in the door and they would ask me” Hi how can I help you ?” I would tell them a refill or pedicure and their response was Sorry can’t do it come back. Why welcome someone and then turn them away????!!!! I would understand if they are busy & if that was the case turn your sign over so it reads CLOSED! I had been a client for a couple of years and yet they don’t value their clients. Mary is good with nails and Victoria…. and everyone else there like “the men” are LOUD like obnoxious or unfriendly. I do not recommend and my nail tech is no longer there named Brittany. She was the best! Now I’m searching for a new spot. Do not waste your time there they WILL turn you away!! Plus they rush you and the quality polish is just okay. Do not waste your money and time.
what I asked for vs what I got the first picture is what I wanted and what I showed the techs the other 2 are what I ended up with. I went in and told them I wanted soft white power they gave me white gel... Not only did I not get what I asked for my nails are crooked and fat and the paint has divots because it was not properly filled in. They are supposed to be coffin but I can barely tell. The only reason they get a 2 is because the tech was nice. Getting them soaked off and properly done again.
