Awful service! DO NOT GO HERE! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Went here for gel nail removal and the lady started ripping off my nails with a tool without soaking. Half of my real nail came off and there was blood all over my nail. The nail tech did not even say anything expecting me not to notice and then began to soak my nails in acetone. She continued trying to rip them off after I told her that I could have done this at home. I came to a salon as to not ruin my nails and could have ripped them off by myself at home. Plus this is the filthiest nail salon I have ever been to! They don’t even clean their tools and reuse the same dirty towels. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN!!! Paid $15 for my nails to be ripped off and damaged

I had a no chip manicure done and my mom had regular mani and pedi. Staff was very friendly and we both love the final result! Definitely will be returning :)

The worst service ever. My polish off my toes came off When I got home. The man was really rude to my five year old daughter and he had no patience. I would recommend that nail shop at all. Everything was rush and the talk about you in their language

I came here for a mani/pedi and the lady who worked on me did a very poor job, she even cut my fingers and made me bleed twice while working on my cuticles - and the rude woman at the front desk came to take payment from me while the other lady was still working on my nails! (And wiping the blood from my fingers). As if she knew the service was poor and wanted to make sure I paid instead of walking out like I should have done. You can tell all they care about is getting their money - not about providing good service. The manicure itself was sloppy work, and chipped off in a few days. Not worth the money. I could’ve done a better job at home. If I could give zero stars I would. Never coming back here again.

Chile, you would be better off spending your money elsewhere. I got a manicure pedicure and the lady barely scrubbed my feet. And I don’t have much calus. Then I added acrylics. I had to wait because if I told them I want a mani pedi and fake nails, they wouldn’t had put effort into the manicure. My nails look a mess. They are so thick and square. They told me they charge extra for coffin shape. I have been charged extra for coffin shape. The only thing positive is the prices. But even then, spend your money elsewhere.

I got the greenies two weeks after I got an acrylic manicure, one of my nails fell off and I noticed green spots on my nails if you look up greenies one way to get it is getting water trapped under nails the OTHER way to get the greenies is poor sanitary conditions.

I went in to get a refund but didn't get one which is fine but I suggest going somewhere where they clean their tools

I'm a a disabled woman and they are very helpful for me. I appreciate that are patient and careful with me as well.

Came here for years & then there was new owners. They jacked prices up, Does a HORRIBLE job. Especially the guy!!! My nails all cracked in HALF less than a week. They put soooo much nail polish to the point they don’t even dry right and then your messing your nails up. ????????‍♀️I’ve gotten to the point where I’m just fed up and changed nail places. The people are ignorant and sit there and talk about you if they disagree with something your saying. Just unreal!!!
