I have been going to Nails by Kim since the day they open I'm constantly impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of this Salon I love the atmosphere it's so chill and relax their massage chairs are so comfortable and not aggressive I refer all my hair clients to them
I have honestly never had a manicure this poor of quality, extremely rushed and careless. All of the nails have a dip in the middle and look messy, misshaped and unfinished. I will be going to a new salon to get them fixed tomorrow.
Flew in from California needing a pedicure/manicure while in St Augustine I enjoyed the service I received at Nails by Kim. Love the massage chairs while getting pampered!
Kim is a very sweet lady. I didn’t have time to do my nails back home and decided to come here since it was the closest nail salon. I left pleased with their services and really appreciated her being gentle on my thin cuticles! ????????????
Called to book an appointment. Had a simple question about what’s included in a pedicure deluxe package. The person on the phone could not answer my question and asked me to come in so I could see. Waist of time.

Very friendly, great service, reasonable prices! Always come here when we are in town. If you go really early you wont have to wait but I would suggest to book an appointment if going mid morning or after ????
