Weaknesses:

2. Poor customer service: Multiple comments raise concerns about the customer service provided at Nails By Diana. Complaints include pressure to tip, rude and disrespectful nail artists, and conversations about clients in front of other clients. These issues indicate a lack of professionalism and respect for customers.
3. Unsanitary and dirty conditions: One customer expresses dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the salon, mentioning spotty and uneven nails as well as unsanitary practices. This raises concerns about hygiene standards and could potentially drive customers away.
4. Painful and damaging nail removal process: A customer complains about a painful and damaging acrylic nail removal process at the salon. The lack of alternative options for a regular acrylic removal and the disregard for the customer's pain indicate a lack of care and expertise in this aspect of the service.

In conclusion, Nails By Diana has strengths in terms of creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere, having skilled nail artists, and being prompt and professional. However, the salon has significant weaknesses such as a lack of creativity, poor customer service, unsanitary conditions, and subpar nail removal procedures. These issues can negatively impact the overall customer experience and may drive potential customers away.

Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Today was my first time here and I’ve been treated as a family. Absolute calming and beautiful energy, it’s when you don’t want to leave at all. Love my nails. In love with salon. It’s safe to say that this is definitely my place.
This place is very basic. They don’t even have plastic in the pedicure tub. Nails are basic and nothing really creative. Also, the worst part was they pressure you to tip. They ask how much is the tip instead of just letting you tip of you feel service was exceptional. They need more workers and better customer service. The man (only one I’ve used) actually does good nails even though it’s basic. Skills should be upgraded.
This place is very unsanitary and dirty. Not only did my nails come out spotty and uneven, the service here was horrible and horrendous. Nail artists are very rude and disrespectful…. Continuously talking about other clients. no lady refused to stop making choices for me. Tugged on my hand, slammed my hand on the table and the other absurd things. Nails came out, chunky thick, and curved. Blotched my hand with nail polish, didn’t even bother to fix it. And all of this for $82!!! An average acrylic nail set is 45. This is insane..
Got a manicure from nail business horrible Choice. Workers were nothing but rude and disrespectful not only were my nails horrible. The service was too, the employees are insanely rude too, slamming my hand against the table and talking trash about clients that walked in. This business is insanely horrible and needs to get shut down immediately.
Tracy is rough and very rude to me in particular, she speaks about her clients to other clientele and refuses to do service because we stated she was rough on my hands. Long is kind and does BEAUTIFUL work. Highly suggest using him instead. He cannot do hand designs but his acrylic work is magnificent! Overall the atmosphere is just ok because you can tell Tracy is talking about the clients behind there backs to other clients or her husband (Long). At this point i will not be returning because i feel uncomfortable in Tracy’s presence.
The acrylic nails were fine but to remove the acrylic nails two weeks after, they cut the nails to make enough space between your nails and the acrylic and using a tip nail they start making enough room while making pressure on the top of your nails (so your nails does not come off completely). When complaint about the pain and asked for a regular acrylic remove process they said “we don’t do that here, it takes two hours) and continued until finished. My nails are hurt and damaged.
I went here for the first time this evening with a scheduled appointment, and let’s start by saying how they took me in immediately for a pedicure, however, left me with my toes in the water for over 50 minutes without ever providing any attention or starting my pedicure. Seeing that I was getting upset and ready to walk out as my toes were pruning, a man came over and finally started working on me. He then brought me to the table to get my manicure and left because he was only filling in for the woman originally assigned to me. She ran late and then decided to CALL SOMEONE ON SPEAKER while working on my nails. I pulled my hand back ready to leave (part 2) and she grabbed them and bent my wrist saying that she couldn’t work like this. I asked her kindly to get off the phone because she was very distracted and only focused speaking another language to someone else on SPEAKER remember and then didn’t even put any lotion or massage my hands. She just dabbed water on my fingers and painted over them and immediately asked for a TIP. Then she CALLED SOMEONE AGAIN. This was my first time here and never again will they see me again. Completely rude and only catered to their usuals. So upsetting especially because of the price of their services and the costumer service you get in return. Worth going elsewhere and paying more. Upset.
The owners were very prompt, professional & friendly. They did a great job on my gel manicure & pedicure.
