I have been going to Michael for 3 months and he always does a fabulous job. Really easy to schedule an appointment.

RUDE service. This man started on my nails and suddenly became hostile towards me after I politely declined his upsell attempts. He has bad behavior and it's very unacceptable. Recipients of basic nail services are not welcome here.

This is a great shop - good pricing, great color selection, easy scheduling and run by nice people.

Love this place! Love Cynthia. She's talented and really knows her stuff. Clean shop and great nail options. Best pedicures EVERRRRRRRR!!!! Stop hating on Cynthia. She's great and has been doing my nails for over 3yrs. People are commenting that she dislikes blacks. That's a flat lie because I'm BLACK. When she started at this shop she called me and i followed her to this location because she's a great nail tech but also a great person.

I went to this salon for a gel manicure. Bottom line is that the manicure chipped within 2 days on multiple nails. So they’re $10 cheaper but it is worth much less. But I’m giving one star because the service was so bad:

1. I called ahead and asked if I could come in. I was told yes and got there and waited half an hour. I could have come at a different time.

2. Cynthia gave me the manicure and she was rough, bordering on violent. Would twist my fingers at the knuckles. She actually sanded really roughly and filed my skin. Usually people just file the nails. This was a first.

3. Because they were so rushed my nails had some shredded nails. So three of them broke within two days.

4. I went back to get my nails fixed a week later (they guarantee 10 days). I didn’t call because they didn’t seem to take or honor appointments before. When I showed up there were two women working and two customers. One was finishing up. It was noon. They said I would have to come back at 4:30 because they had an appointment (not there), I told them they could fix my nails and if the person showed up they could have her wait fifteen minutes or they could refund me.

5. After an hour I was finally helped and they couldn’t find the right color. She kept saying, “this is close”. I waited until she found the actual color.

Pay $10 more. Go somewhere else.

As usual, a wonderful experience. Had Michael, and he was super nice! They have new measures in place for COVID-19 with nail filer, buffer and food scrubber all disposed of after each use. Plexiglass between nail tech and customer for manicures. They even have masks for free for people who forget one! Pedicure felt awesome after waiting so long. Great foot and leg massage, too. Love the color selection and all the options for regular, gel, or sns. Highly recommend.

When I came in to nails by Angel. Michael took care of me and he did my acrylic Full set. He was very communicative and let me know everything he was doing and made sure I was OK before moving onto each step. I had a picture for reference and he did exactly what was in the picture besides the length because I didn’t want it to be that long but I highly recommend going through this nail salon because of Michael. And I also recommend that if you want him to do your nails that you call Before coming because he’s very busy.
