they were not gentle at all. i flinched my hand back at least 7 times he kept asking if i was okay i said no it hurts he kept doing as he was. i asked him to fix some of my fingers because they were crooked he said they look fine and there is nail polish all over me and they did not ask what shape i wanted and just did as they pleased. not happy.
Now this is a hidden gem if I've ever seen one.
I called about an HR before closing and needed 5 Manis and 5 Pedis, they asked when I'd arrive, I said 10 minutes, but anyone with kids knows add time for toddler tantrums. We showed up more like 20mins later, (Sorry). To our delight everyone was in good spirits and asked who's getting full sets, we said 3 of us. Then they got to it. My tiny rebel was the most dormant I've ever seen her. And as a tired mom I want to pause to tell the mommies who handled the littles , you're the GOAT! Our service ran more than an HR past closing and I watched the staff talk it through with babysitters and push as long as they could. They had the right to reschedule some of us but chose to be amazing people and sacrifice time I wasn't entitled to. They are human, parents, people and they had a choice. They made us feel special on our spa day. One mom 4 daughters. Our nails were amazing and even a day later we feel the relaxed effects of good conversation, good pampering, pain free nail care, Clean establishment and Great energy.
Sunny always does a fantastic job and he made my Christmas nails look so christmasy I really love these people I travel from Lafayette up here to get my nails done simply because I do such a good job
I have gone hear for over 6 years. Never had any issues. It is super busy on certain times and days of the week. Appointment are recommended.
I had an appointment with Annabelle today for a mani and pedi. She did an awesome job. I'll be back.

They made me bleed, the nails are so uneven. They didn’t paint the whole nail. I never go there ever again
They did a great job on my daughter's nails. She was a first timer and they did flowers and detail really well! We will be back!
