These people URGENTLY need to update! How is it possible that not even a NORMAL manicure knows how to do it? always the same, all very basic. apart and very important, in this place they only care about quantity and not quality. They make more and more people come in when everyone is busy just so you don't lose $ so you have to wait a long time. I think the owner is a blonde woman, she works HORRIBLE. she needs more practice!!!! Anyway, I'm sick of going to this place, they don't do pretty nails, they don't care that you are satisfied even THEY see the mistakes they make. And you know what is the funniest thing about this place? If you don't like something and you tell them, THEY GET ANGRY AH???? they are rude ! please do not go to this place, look at the amount of bad reviews it has????????????????????????
Horrible place. Asked for long almonds and a nude color and they gave me small almonds and didn’t clean anything up. I asked for a refund or for someone else to fix them and they refused. Nobody wanted to help me out. The man kept arguing with me saying it was my fault for his mistakes? Paid in cash and they didn’t want to refund my money. only said they’d give me a discount when i come back (as if i’d ever come back). Don’t bother coming to this place. Everyone is rude and they don’t listen to you.
My wife have been coming to Nailport Express for couple of years to do her nails and feet they do good work and my wife enjoy their work. This place always get busy all the time.
If I could give this ugly place a zero start I would!! I paid $28 dollars for my nails and $25 for a pedicure and let me tell you this is the most unprofessional place I have been to.. I am not from the area I just moved to downey from orange county and I would drive back to my city for good quality nails I would've done so.. I asked for him to fix my nail because the messed it up and he just said "yeah it's okay, it's just a little bit" he did not cut my cuticles, did not cleaned the ends and edges.. I WILL NEVER EVER CAME BACK!! I wanted to give them chance because they had done a okay job with my feet once before ????????????????????

I'm always pleased with everyone who does my nails. They are professional and always do such a great job. My nails always look so pretty, they go the extra mile to make me feel special. I have been coming here for years.
I can't say enough good things about this place. First of all the lady that I've been going to for years works there and she is awesome her name is lunchy. She does a great job with minimal instruction leaves your nails looking perfect and the best part is that they last with all the work I do with my hands these nails take a punishment at keep looking great. Red is my color and if you look carefully at these days are ruby red. Many compliments on this color
I recently came here for the first time took me in as a walk-in Bryant & Tammy did my nails I’m happy with their service thank you
This is by far the worst nails spa I have ever been too! They rushed the job and gave me a very bad manicure. Won't be going back!
