I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Linda and Lilly. My hands and feet have found a new home. But on another note I absolutely appreciate the fact that they don't try to push services on you like most other shops.
I did a morning walk in around 9:20am, I thought they opened at 9:30am according to the website but they open at 9:00 a.m. which was better. The wait was only about 15 minutes. I got a fill. I had already prepped my nails in advance so it didn't take long. The nail tech was very nice and accommodating to the fact that I was in a rush and my nails still came out nice. I would probably just get them longer if I go back. Very nice.
Thi Thanh (Tina) was amazing, i was a bit nervous but she was gentle and did an amazing job. I had acrylic on natural nails re-done. Prices are reasonable. Shop
Needs a makeover. Overall im satisfied.
Everyone here was very nice and welcoming, I had no issues as far as treatment. My issue came with their inability to properly communicate and admit when they can't do a design which wasted so much of all of our time! I went in for a full set and i wanted a marble design for 4 of my nails. Before i began i asked her if she was able to do the design because if not, i would simply chose a different design that the nail tech was more well versed in doing and then select my colors accordingly. By the time we got to the design it was obvious that the lady had never successfully completed the design. She spent a good 15min trial and error on my nails it was ridiculous. She eventually asked for help and the person who came to help didn't know how to do the design either! I wasted a good 30min doing that. I didn't have time to pick a different design so she just gave me a solid color and put some gem stones on it. It came out okay and i wasn't gonna put a review but it's been 2 days and i already have a missing jewel. It's upsetting because this could have been avoided had they just said we can't do that design and allowed me to pick a new one. And on top of that, they make you pay first. Which would be less annoying had i walked out of there with a reliable design.
Best nail salon in L.A. Linda is the best for nails and anyone there can give you a great pedicure. So glad I found them. Linda is the Queen Bee and is very busy. It's a miracle I was able to get on her calendar. I go early in the day during the week and avoid weekends altogether.
This is not my regular nail shop they are closest to my house. Anytime i have gone in the owner and staff are pleasant not overly friendly but nice. They open early which is a plus for me. The last time i was there i was in a spa chair and the back massager. It was not on a good setting it hurt my back more. But this time i was in a regular chair because they were doing both my hands and feet at the same time. It was good this time and the prices are ok a little cheaper than my regular place. I will be back
