The worst dip powder I have ever received. There were things done that I’ve never seen and I’ve been getting dip every three weeks for over a year and a half. I only went because it was Sunday and my normal place wasn’t open.

My nails are bumpy not painted all the way to the cuticle and the ends were not flush they were jagged. I had to fox that myself. Overall a horrible experience

I went on a Wednesday afternoon and asked for a simple soak off and gel manicure. The lady was extremely rough with my nails cut my cuticles. My nails are bumpy and uneven. They were very nice but due to the quality or lack there of, I will not be returning.

Wait over a to a Pedicre people came in after me were waited on before me so I probably will not come back . I did get a full set of nails and they were good but they need help or something.

I arrived & there was only 1 person working. I waited 35 mins to get powder. I left in almost literal tears of how upset i was bc my nails are lumpy & crooked. The gel wasn’t dry before i was already checked out, i told him the gel was sticky he gave me aceton & cotton. Paid $47 to come home & immediately soak them off. The older gentleman was so nice but i won’t come back due to the quality of the job. It felt super rushed.

I’ve been going here for the last 5 years but it seems like the quality has diminished. Don’t get me wrong, they are awesome people but now every time I get my nails done they are always crooked and they lift or chip within a week. This last time one chipped as soon as I left and another less than 2 days later. I didn’t bother calling because I decided that I would just find another salon with better quality. Also, the fact that I can make it clear multiple times that I want gel powder and they will STILL try to use acrylic as if you don’t know the difference. Like they’re trying to get over on you and still charge you for gel and act like they forgot when you call them out on it. I get the exact same thing EVERY SINGLE TIME and they would do this EVERY SINGLE TIME until they figured I had caught on to it. I would rather just take my business elsewhere. This review is just to make others aware. What they charge is not conducive to the quality.

I like to give nail places a chance.

But I will NEVER be going back to this place. My nails are crooked, THIN, and very uneven. The colors I chose are not what they put on my nails.

Came in to get a refill on a set of nails I had gotten from somewhere else and Kevin was absolutely wonderful! He took the old, bulky set off and replaced them with a much nicer, lightweight set. For no extra charge! Kevin was fast and knowledgeable about what he was doing and didn't just care about slapping something on me to get me out the door. I will definitely be going back to see Kevin and his crew! You guys did an awesome job! Thank you for caring about your customers!
