Walked in at 1 o'clock on a Saturday. They close at 6. All techs were working on a customer but they had no customers waiting. They refused to serve us saying they were too busy. We would have happily waited but that wasn't offered. Won't be going there again
The lady was nice and did great. This is awesome cause she has to fix what us nails in Rome on Cartersville highway which was awful. Thank you nail trix you did awesome
I like the soak method. Always take their time even if people are waiting. Very responsibly priced. Try Mood change number 4 with 45 in dip.
Omg! This is my new favorite nail salon. I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff as soon as I walked in. They give you a bottle of water and the deluxe spa pedicure is AMAZING! I can not say enough good about this spa.
the woman who did my nails was nothing but rude. I told her multiple times somthing was wrong with my nails and she repeatedly said “in a minute”. Many of mine and my friends nails are angled to the side and are slanted at the top. I do not recommend this place. ????
The male that did my nails was amazing and he would be the only reason I would come back. I took my daughter and aunt to get a pedicure done they wouldn't let my daughter get her feet done like we did and she was really rude to us.
LOVED the customer service I received. They all seemed sweet and eager to make conversation. HOWEVER, it was very dirty here. Things need dusting, bugs in all the light fixtures, need new paint on walls, and ceiling tiles need replaced. Even some of the tools that they used looked old and dirty. They even told me how during the weeks they can get so slow and I was thinking well use that time to clean, not sit on your phone, which is what they were doing when I walked in. REALLLLLY wanted to give more stars than this because they were so nice but cleanliness cannot be overlooked!
Love it. Want beautiful nails?? It is the Only place I will go anymore. Never in a hurry, because of who is next. Their goal is for you to be happy and your nails to be beautiful. You just can't beat that
