Came here to get my x nails off, instead of using pure acetone to remove it, the lady just started scraping them with a pliers along with my natural nails. I was in so much pain and horror that left in the middle of it. If you love your natural nails, please dont go here.
When you call and try to make an appointment they tell you that you have to come in. No appointments. So we came in and we were the first people in. We get there they tell us they can’t see us till 2pm because of appointments. Horrible customer service. My wife had been coming for 20+ years and they treated her like this this morning. Hope you are happy!!!!!

Very bad attention, the quality of the paint is the worst, the gel lasted 2 days, I went to have them repaint it and they wanted to charge me again. I do not recommend it at all!

The lady manager and male staff were rude and unprofessional, and I got a fungus in my cuticle the next day. My finger was swollen and in pain. I will never go there again. I had to go to the doctor to be treated.
I went today for some self care the shop was clean not to busy and no long wait. Everyone was cordial and I was very satisfied. I was given the service I asked and payed for. Thanks see you in 2 weeks.
