New to neighborhood, visit this location on 02/9/23. I arrived at 5:30 and requested manicure and pedicure with designs. The lady available did my pedicure and the gentleman did my manicure. The work was amazing. I gave both $10 each in cash. The reason for the 1 star is for the simple fact I paid with my credit total for service was $75, which I signed my receipt $0 tip since I paid in cash. The charge pended for the $75 until 02/13/23. It went from $75 to $80 withdrawn from my account. I called the business and she says no manager, I called 6 times over a two day period. I finally had to dispute the charge after going up there and being advised manager is not in. Please check your receipt and bank statement. They are adding additional monies that do not BELONG to them. Great work, VERY BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. Word of caution.
Went in lady was rude all she cared about was being on the phone, I steady kept saying I’ll get the gel she kept sending me to the guy that apparently didn’t know how to do gel definitely wouldn’t recommend this place I like how the other girl does it but she was busy she’ll lose good business & Tips because the lack of professionalism from the others…. Yeah I’m not coming back here!
Hannah's pedicure is the best?! She takes her time, with every rough spot. Smiles, detailed worker, chooses your best palette! Family atmosphere includes a relationship with clients and their families over many years!
Prices too high they are trying to accommodate for lack of customers. Do anybody agree with $60 for these nail? No stones no real art...nothing
This is my gel manicure one day and $70 later. I haven’t been to this shop in over a year and was reminded why I won’t be returning. When I went back the owner told me she nor anyone else could fix it.
Last Result & Last Time!! Unprofessional! Priced at $45 when I entered Spa finished $55 and started an argument with me in front of Customers. One thing you will not do to me as a Paying Customer is Disrespect Me, I have no problem paying what I owe but DO NOT try to beat me out of more because of your Lack of Customers just close it down or accommodate customers in more ways ( lashes, more colors, more customer service training for You Lady in the First Chair) Don’t waste your time or $ it’s not worth it! ZERO STARS
Long wait ,let the man do my nails twice and didn't last and doesn't give real pedicure only two women recommend the younger one and one with short hair ... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
Just experienced this nail shop for the very first time. I went in for an eyebrow wax, but when she finished, they didn't have much shape to them. And they weren't even. Mind you, I sat there about 20 minutes. No one told me how long the wait was or anything. I proceeded to show the employee a picture of a nail design I saw online to see if they did that particular design. She abruptly answered me NO and walked away when I proceeded to ask her another question. So I just walked out of this salon. Horrible service. Never again.
