I can’t understand how this place has such high reviews. The first two pictures are what I asked for. The second set of pictures is what I received. I am so disappointed and hurt at this subpar quality of work. I feel like the lady didn’t even take her time to do my nails or even cared. Look how the nails have these spots in them. The colors are all messed up. It’s horrible and I hate it.

My nails did not last even 2 weeks and the acrylic started to chip off, another thing that was highly inappropriate was telling me to give the lady a 5 dollar tip, when I don’t need to be told that, and then try to overcharge me the 5 dollars with my total, that is my right as the customer whether I want to tip or not if the service was to my expertise.

I have been in the customer service MGt. For years, it’s a no for me! People spend your money somewhere else, and please learn business etiquette

Toa and John are my favorite techs to go to. Very professional and efficient, and I always get compliments on my nails when I go to them. The salon itself gets cramped quickly and could use an upgrade but overall, it’s clean and comfortable.

I've been to this place over 5 times now. It's not the best looking spot but the service has always been excellent and they always get the shape, the color and the job done right. This is definitely my new nail spot. I recommend it.

Im really not happy at all , the nails are crooked, they are thick and messy . Their staff is really nice , but their service not at all !

Absolutely FABULOUS! John and his wife respect their clients! The prices are very fair, my nails stay nice until I return. I will never go anywhere else. I'm very happy with the service!

The women who did my nails did an amazing job.. she took her time and didnt rush like most nail stylists do. I would definitely recommend her but I didn't get her name..anyway great job

The owner told me her couldn’t do a over lay on my nails because of the middle finger nail growing wide. He told me he needed to buy a new nail on it but because I don’t want any new nails he refuse to do it at all. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! He became rude and didn’t want to listen to what I was saying or asking him he completely discriminated against me and the way my nail shape. I will be suing he only handled it the way he did because he thinks I won’t take it to court! Good luck buddy we will see how much you don’t want to explain this discrimination then.
