TERRIBLE SERIVCE, TERRIBLE NAILS....came here to get my nails done one day while doing so the lady cut me causing my nail and finger to bleed. She then proceeded to apply glue over it after I told the lady to leave the finger alone since its now an open wound. Why would u try to put glue over it, after I said my finger is burning , and bleeding profusely. Another nail tech looked at my nails and said "this happens all the time, don't worry about it" This has never happened to me until I came here. They are unprofessional and unskilled. It took over two weeks for my open cut to heal on my finger. Avoid this place!

Horrible service and totally overpriced for the quality of the work. I got a regular pedicure ($45) a gel full set with design ($85) and eyebrow waxing ($10). Within ONE WEEK (see video and pics) two of my nails came completely off and two are lifting at my cuticle which is very painful. The design is not what I asked for and was done very sloppy also. I asked for a discount of ($10) and was denied. I will never return to this place because they are unprofessional and money hungry.

UPDATE: I called the establishment and they were unwilling to fix my nails for free knowing that it has only been one week. They only fix your nails if it has been 3 days. They are irresponsible as a business and I let her know I will never return.

Hong Kong did my nails and did a wonderful job. Very professional! My nails lasted for 3 weeks , no chips or anything. Best service ever. Overall everyone was was friendly and professional ❤️

Absolutely worst they only had two women who don’t speak English there the owner is the worst she told me 10:00 was my appointment I didn’t get seen until 3:00 pm … the owner a female gotta sell

Worst experience ever! Everyone, racism is still alive and real. It still disturbs me how poorly I was treated. The servicer license name says Shirley (we all know thats not her name). I sat at first booth to the right when you walk in. I came to the shop straight from work, dressed in professional attire. Immediately, I could feel tension as I was looked up and down. She began speaking in her language to another lady and had me to sit down. She was uncessarily aggressive while doing my nails to the point I had to stop her and say, "you know that you are hurting my fingers." While doing my nails, she asked personal questions wanting to know where I worked but I responded vaguely. Afterwards, she did not allow my the proper time to dry my nails but ask was I ready ( as to say leave now) ran my visa card, and turned it face down to pick up off the counter while I stood in front of her to sign the receipt. I was in total dismay for having being treated this way. Not sure what she had in mind (stereo type) and why she felt so comfortable treating me this way. I am still shaking my head, regardless of how I looked, I was simply a paying customer who needed a nail fill-in. Never again!

This is my go-to nail spot. I keep coming back for the service. Ask for Kim.

What I Love is that my Nail Tech Hong Kong is very Professional, extremely patient with me even when I am indecisive. I love how she cares about her quality of work. She will fix your nail if you tell her to change it. I love that the price is affordable and she provides quality work. Thank you Nail stop. I recommend it. Yes!!!
