Recently moved to Union City and looking for your new favorite nail salon? We were lucky to find this place on the first try. The search is over, this place is as good as I could possibly hope for. A beautifully kept space with many relaxing features. Plenty of space and technicians, even at full capacity it never felt crowded. We were walk-ins at 1pm on a Saturday. They were able to get us right in. Pedicures and manicures for my daughter and I. No wait!!! The salon manager made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Checking to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. My pedicure was exactly what I needed after a stressful week of moving in the summer heat. I have had artificial nails since the holidays, my nails need a break but that doesn't mean they have to be ugly! Short and sparkly red is perfect for me! My daughter got the artificial nails in almond/dagger points with a beautiful rainbow foil treatment. I will happily drive 40 minutes from home to enjoy customer service this good! Additional info: they accept credit cards with an extra 3% to cover fees. Alternatively, they welcome Zelle, Venmo and good old cash. They have an ATM available for cash, $200 max, fifty cent fee. The manicure was $35 + $65 for the "Deluxe" level pedicure I got. Tipping in cash is appreciated and well deserved. Don't be cheap, these ladies work very hard. Be generous or do your own nails!
Absolutely the worst service i have EVER received. Asked to simply get my acrylic nails removed. I like to get them removed professionally to protect my natural nails — this was so far from professional. I sat down and the woman immediately began to “pick” my nails off with a nail clipper as if she was going to rip them off. I asked her to please soak them, because I want to protect my nail. She assured me that her way was “faster and doesn’t hurt”….. And proceeds to rip the acrylic off my nail. I when I saw my natural nail (pictured below) literally RIPPED at an angle I asked her AGAIN to please do it the traditional way. She began filing my nails with the mechanical file aggressively and it was clear she was upset that I refused to let her do what she wanted to do. She was filing so aggressively that she missed my nail completely and cut straight into my cuticle (pictured below). I just walked out after that. I do not recommend this salon at all. Will never return.
I really enjoyed going here until recently. They were very rude and cut my cuticles so much. They wanted to charge me $150 for a simple color and refill, they’re prices are horrible. They took advantage of me because they knew I was young. I told them my nails were in a lot of pain and maybe I should just leave after the job they for and they said it I left they still charge me. This is what happened when my acrylic nail finally fell off. They filed down my original nail way to much and had no idea what they were doing.
OMG ! What can I say about this spot girls, such amazing customer service. I scheduled my appointment same day and they were able to see me. My nail tech was LARRY such great work, I told him what I wanted ONCE and he got it done way better than I imagined ???? Everyone in this boutique was amazing, professional and nice. They have a wide range of drinks for you once your seated.
This is by far the best place I've been to and I plan on becoming a REGULAR!
EVERYONE knows they are doing when it comes to each service. It’s hard to choose a favorite ????. A beverage is included with service(water, tea, juice ect ????)They open at 5am which is convenient since I work grave yard. I highly recommend them they even have a private area for groups at no additional cost, just pay for service. My nails were too long for work so they cut them with no fuss.
If you want to waste your money go here. Done a terrible job! Removed gel nail and left like this. Didn’t even finished doing it. Rude service as well especially the owner!
One of the best customer service I've experienced. They're super attentive and want to make sure you're happy with your nails. Judy is perfect at shaping nails, takes her time with fills and you can tell their team is experienced.
Worst nail salon ever! Poor customer service especially the owner of the store are so rude. They stop servicing my mom in the middle of removing her gel nails. Just because the owner first said is $10 then after three other lady come check out the nails saids $15. After removing the first lawyer said it will be $20. This is ridiculous. Also the salon are dirty and the worker there talk really loud about their customers. In Vietnamese.
